Dieses Hotel hat mir während meines Urlaubs sehr viel Zufriedenheit bereitet🤩

Pertama kali nginap disini, overall semuanya bagus dan menyenangkan hanya masalah air shower yg kurang kencang dan air panasnya yg perlu diperhatikan karena ga stabil banget serta ada suara dengung yg berisik ketika shower dinyalakan bahkan kedengeran sampe kamar Semoga segera diperbaiki

Ich liebe diesen Ort. Wir kamen pünktlich zum Check-in an (das ist 14 Uhr), mussten aber anderthalb Stunden warten, bis unser Zimmer fertig war. Das hat uns den Tag ein bisschen verdorben. Der Rest war gut. Meine Familie hat den Aufenthalt genossen.

Das Hotel ist sehr besetzt, weil es die Urlaubszeit ist, vor allem in der Nähe Weihnachten, es gibt keine flüssige Seife, die Blasen, das heiße Wasser ist ab und plötzlich kalt.

Overall had a great stay as a couple here for 2N. Location is pretty good with a lot of local attractions nearby like Museum Angkut and Jatim Park. The hotel also has a rooftop bar and lounge with a great view of surrounding mountains and pretty lights at night. One thing can be improved is the amenities provided, we don't even know which one is shampoo or soap, there's no label and both liquid were super watery with bright colors..

Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine gute, abgespeckte Version des Golden Tulip, allerdings mit Einschränkungen bei Parkplätzen, Pool und Fitnessgeräten. Die Qualität des Essens liegt etwas unter dem Standard anderer 4-Sterne-Hotels. Ein Parkservice wäre empfehlenswert.

1. The resort is awfully located in the middle of nowhere, looks like within an abandoned estate. It is so remote from any local shops, cafes or restaurants; too far by walking distance to anywhere. 2. Fancy design but inefficient: The impressive reception doesn’t warrant a massive amount of time wasted by guests. They have to catcth two lifts and walk a fair distances before reaching their room. I think you may get lost in no time. The architects do not consider a simpler ways for the sake of guests’ convenience, say by having additional lifts iooat the end of corridors to reduce walking distances. 3. The room service meals are quite awful, a way below five stars standard even it’s available in 24 hours. 4. A rooftop bars could be a bonus for relaxing guests to enjoy a mountains/city view, not like my room with a balcony, facing uninteresting garden for two day stays. 5. The positive side, my room is well represented and matches a five stars standard and facilities. Good size room with a comfortable king bed. 6. I rather prefer to stay at Hotel Tugu in Malang with a friendly staff particularly at breakfast time, even no lifts provided to go to second floor.

Ich war 1997 in diesem Hotel zu verblieben, aber bis dahin ist das Hotel sehr gut gepflegt. Das Hotel ist sauber und komfortabel. Nur einen Korridor vom Hotel bis zur Lobby haben, so dass es nicht nass ist, wenn es regnet, weil der Ort, an dem man essen kann, im Lobbyspiel ist.

Location seems ok the front of the hotel and public areas are almost spotless rooms on 2nd floor dua lantai have small balcony with 2 seats and a table 😀 great the room we booked had ac hot and cold water small tv connected to satellite the ac was not that good and actually heated the room regardless what setting i put it 16c cool the shower head was blocked so didn't work i reported both the problems to front desk the actually fixed it so that was good the staff can speak English. As for going bed me and my mrs notice ants emerging from near bathroom area and under the bed this episode was odd lasted 2 hours then restarted again about 7am we had no food in the room seems to happen after use of the bathroom shower as we was here for 1 night it was pointless complaining my advice always bring a can of bygon with you to low cost hotels warning they don't have elevator in the hotel so not a good idea for older people or disabled they have a nice pool area .in your room no fridge as for the tv set up you have start it up yourself saving grace is that they have wifi 😀 .the breakfast was ok glasses was very small like mouth wash cup smsll 4 of those glasses make a small decent glass of juice

Proses cek in cepat tanpa kendala tanpa deposit dan petugas FO sangat ramah. Fasilitas kamar perlu peremajaan seperti cat dinding, sprei kasur yang mulai usang dan handuk yang berlubang, remote AC yang tidak bisa digunakan cuma karena musim dingin akhirnya tidak menggunakan AC. Untuk pool berfungsi normal dan cukup bersih, menu sarapan sudah cukup dan sudah direfill jika habis. Cek out cepat tanpa kendala dan tanpa cek kamar.
