Ein sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage direkt neben dem besten Einkaufszentrum in Yogyakarta. Das Hotel versprüht den Charme vergangener Zeiten mit großen, gemütlichen Lobbybereichen und vielen Sofas zum Entspannen oder für Treffen mit Gästen. Die Zimmer sind überdurchschnittlich groß. Allerdings bräuchten die Zimmer insgesamt, insbesondere die Badezimmer, eine bessere Beleuchtung. Das Hotel zeigt deutliche Anzeichen für einen weiteren Renovierungsbedarf. Zunächst sollte die Beleuchtung erneuert werden, gefolgt von der Bettwäsche und der Verbesserung des Schallschutzes. In der letzten Nacht unseres Aufenthalts veranstaltete das Hotel eine Party im Garten. Die Musik war so laut, dass ich kaum schlafen konnte. Die Gäste über eine abendliche Party zu informieren, berechtigt sie nicht dazu, einfach so laute Musik im Garten zu veranstalten. Alternativ könnte das Hotel in eine ordentliche Schalldämmung investieren, wenn es plant, Partys im Garten oder am Pool zu veranstalten.

Definitely, stay in Marriott Yogyakarta. ✅️ Outstanding Service ✅️ Easy-to-access Location ✅️ Next to Mall (Pakuwon) ✅️ Big Rooms My family & I usually stay in T*ntr*m (been our no 1. option in Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Tangerang for a while), but considering NY traffic, decided hotel next to mall as safer option, and I think Marriott Yogya will be our no 1. option in Yogyakarta now. PRE-STAY Staying experience actually starts the second we finished the hotel reservation, maybe its long before we even arrive at the hotel. Most dont really optimize this. What I will highlight is Marriott really put my requests (birthday decor in specific room, connecting rooms) into the system, where everyone can check. From the one handling the WhatsApp to the receptionist the day we arrive, Ilham. And they execute my request really well. I've experienced some that forget my request and ended up decorating the wrong room, or not facilitating the request, even though they said they will facilitate. *see pic 8 - 11. It doesnt have to be expensive, businesses have to calculate the cost and margin. Whats important, for me, is put some effort into it. Its part of making the stay memorable. STAY I love it when : - the moment we arrive, the staff helps us by opening the car door, w/ the smile and greeting. Not from just one person, but every staff did the smile and greeting. - Ilham texted that the other room is ready. Most just rely on guest will be the one to follow up, but not Marriott. - we asked the way to mall entrance, the staff took us to the entrance, not just directing w/ hands. - they put anti-slip mat in shower area (pic 6), such a functional addition for safety. Because aesthetic needs to meet w/ function. - we went out at 8.30 in the morning for culinary & coffee around Yogyakarta and put the cleaning sign on, but forget to call, just to communicate that we want the room cleaned while we're out. 2,5 hours later when we're back, those 2 rooms are neat & tidy. Some hotels dont notice the difference those make for guest(s). These, for me, really help building the memorable staying exp. What more could I ask, Marriott Yogya 🫰🏻❤️ thank you

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Es gab einen Herd, aber keine Kochutensilien, nur einen Wasserkocher. Das Bett war bequem.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Tapeten lösen sich von der Wand und haben komische Flecken. Das Personal ist nett und die Poolanlage ist ziemlich gut.

Location-wise, ARTOTEL is convenient for exploring Yogyakarta, with easy access to cafes, local eateries, and key attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the pleasant experience. Overall, ARTOTEL Yogyakarta is a great choice if you enjoy boutique-style hotels with character and personality. Insgesamt gute Lage in der Hauptstraße von Yogyakarta, in der Nähe des Flughafens Adi Sutjipto.

Mein Aufenthalt im Loman Park Hotel war angemessen, aber die Unterkunft scheint ihr Alter zu zeigen und würde von erheblichen Wartungs- und Renovierungsleistungen profitieren. Während das Personal im Allgemeinen angenehmen und die Lage bequem war, fühlten sich viele der Einrichtungen und Einrichtungen zerstört und schlecht gepflegt. Der allgemeine Zustand des Hotels hat den Eindruck erweckt, dass die Routineunterhaltung seit einiger Zeit nicht zu den Prioritäten gehört. Insbesondere die Zimmermöbel zeigten sich bemerkenswerter Verschleiß und Tränen. Die gelieferten Handtücher wurden gebraten und ausgezogen, und mehrere Schüsseln im Zimmer und in den gemeinsamen Bereichen erschienen alt, flach und überfällig für Ersatz. Diese Details, die von Komfort und Qualität abgezogen werden, würde man von einem Hotel dieser Standard erwarten. Ein weiterer Aspekt war die Hygiene der in dem Zimmer gelieferten Flaschen Trinkwasserbehälter. Nach der Inspektion war auf den Silikonhaltern der Glasflaschen ein schwarzer Möbel-ähnliches Wachstum sichtbar. Dies hat ernste Bedenken hinsichtlich der Reinigungsverfahren und der Beachtung der Sanitärnormen geäußert. Da diese Behälter für Trinkwasser bestimmt sind, war dies besonders enttäuschend und untergräbt das Vertrauen in die allgemeine Hygienepraxis des Hotels. Das Loman Park Hotel bietet insgesamt einen funktionellen Aufenthalt, aber die Verschlechterung der Einrichtungen, fehlende Wartung und Hygieneprobleme bedeuten, dass es erhebliche Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung gibt. Mit größerer Aufmerksamkeit für die Renovierung, Reinigung und Ersetzung der verbrauchten Einrichtungen könnte die Gästeerfahrung erheblich verbessert werden.

Here’s The property is quite old and is no longer under Sheraton management, which is noticeable throughout the hotel. The toilets and ceilings feel outdated and in need of renovation, and the same applies to the air conditioning system, which doesn’t perform up to expectations. That said, the staff are very cooperative, friendly, and always willing to help, which is definitely a positive aspect of the stay.
