Hotel is nice, they have swimming pool and decent breakfast which very good for a standard to other holiday inn express. The only downside for me was the WIFI. I stayed on the 10th floor and both mobile signal and WIFI were a bit unstable. Hopefully, the WIFI speed can be improved in the future.

Oobekz786From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. Located conveniently yet quietly, the hotel welcomed me with warm smiles and efficient service. The lobby felt elegant and cosy, with soft lighting and a fresh scent that instantly made me feel relaxed.
My room was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. Large windows opened up to a beautiful city view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens and fluffy pillows – I had the best sleep in ages. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged: adequate charging ports, high-quality toiletries, and even a small welcome snack and bottled water waiting for me.
I enjoyed breakfast at their dining area every morning. There was a wide selection of delicious food covering both local favourites and international dishes, all prepared fresh and served nicely. The staff were always friendly and attentive, ready to assist whenever I needed anything.

CCappuccino82Stayed this hotel due to full house at Harris. Location wise not so good as nothing much nearby. During my stay, the hotel was packed with students and children and the noise level is so much high even past midnight. Room sound proofing was almost 0. Will not stay again unless no other choice.

GGastnutzerThis is a surprising gem that is matches any 4 star hotel in the West, but simply not as well known by international travellers as it's not part of the big chains. Modern. Clean and ideally located in the Mall of Indonesia. This is a fantastic hotel with comfortable beds, generous locally themed breakfasts and excellent service, and all at unheard of rates that couldn't even be found at budget hotels in North America. I ended up extending my stay here twice as it was just that ideal with the nearby Mall also offering additional shopping and dining options. Well worth the stay.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht, das groß war und über eine recht gute Ausstattung verfügte. Allerdings fehlte im Badezimmer die Dusche mit Massagedüsen und die Toilette war verstopft. Die Ausstattung und das Frühstück waren ansonsten zufriedenstellend und vollständig.

JJRHoodStayed here for 7 nights and it was perfect! Room was nice and clean, had a nice view out over the mangroves and the facilities were a lot better than I expected. The gym had enough weights to get a full workout in. They also have an indoor, outdoor pool and a sauna which are all free and included with your stay. Check-in and check-out was very easy and the staff were very pleasant and helpful!
