"We had a good family staycation overall. The room was nice and clean, and the restaurant looked beautiful at night with the lights. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the food was enjoyable. The pool was quite small, but still usable for a short stay. When we visited, the Nordic Land area was still under construction, but the layout already looked promising and beautiful. We had an issue with the bed size, as it was different from what was advertised on the booking app, but this was handled well and resolved by the duty manager. The only downside was during check-in. The staff member who assisted us had an unpleasant attitude and did not feel sincere, although she seemed to be forcing herself to be polite. In contrast, the staff member who assisted us during check-out was pleasant and friendly. Overall, it was a good stay, but the hotel may want to remind staff to be more genuine and professional, especially during check-in, as first impressions matter."

"Frühstück wird von der Rezeption am 07. Aber als es ankam, war es noch leer. Im Frühstück am ersten Tag des weißen Reises. Eierrollen, Fruchtschnitzel, Pickle, Capcay-Gemüse, Truthühner, Tee, Kaffee, weißes Wasser Frühstück am zweiten Tag Orange Leaf Reis, Obstsuppe, Krebstiere, Pickle, die Eiweißseite Gerichte vergessen, wann es serviert wurde."

"Please take note : extra ticket needs to be paid to enter this forest reserved area which has not mentioned during booking. Payment has to be made when driver enter this area. But it’s only a one time payment on first entry. This area is serene but not on raining day. They should have install a lamp on its outdoor resting area because there is the only place for food, and chill at night. Without lamp installation, it’s real dark. Kinda like dining in the dark. Else, please prepare your own portable lamp. Please bring an umbrella along as the weather is unexpected. The customer service is slow and I got stuck when I needed customer service. They only available on trip.com chat box and bobobox chat box. Food ordering takes around an hour to arrive after ordered and paid. 2 nights was just enough to explore this whole place and places nearby. A place to actually keep phones away and be with nature."

"Gàià Hotel. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt während meines Geburtstags und Familienurlaubs. Ein wirklich angenehmes Hotel, von der Rezeption bis zum Schluss. Ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ist ein Kinderspiel. Der Preis ist die eine Sache, aber das Erlebnis und die Freude, die es meiner Familie bereitet, sind unbezahlbar. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Pak Wendy (Leitung Küche), Pak Fauzi (Kinderclub), Pak Anam (Fitnessstudio) und Pak Rio (Rezeption). Ihr seid wirklich großartig in dem, was ihr macht, und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Ausstattung? Selbstverständlich. Pool und Tal sind für mich das Highlight, das Amphitheater, die Laufbahn, der Koiteich, das Fitnessstudio und der Kinderclub – mehr kann ich nicht sagen, einfach wunderschön!"

"Love the glamping experience.. a peaceful and comfortable stay with a nice view. The room has all that you need for a pleasant stay. Although the access route to the location is quite tricky but we have an experienced local driver and the hotel provided us with clear instructions on how to get there (we arrived very early morning). Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent with a nice view. The only cons is the flies at the breakfast area, which makes dining in a bit annoying with the flies. Other than that. Its a plus."

"It's a great hotel to stay with the family. The room is quiet, clean, and really cool. The hotel employees are also friendly and helpful with the information that you need about the route to the Great Asia Africa, Farm house etc. My kids are happy to swim till late even though the swimming pool is already closed. I will definitely visit this hotel on the next trip of adventure."

"Lembang asri semakin melakukan banyak kemajuan. Front office baru. Kamar2 byk yg diperbaharui. Cuma untuk wifi signalnya masih kurang bagus. Air panas juga panasnya tidak stabil. Kebetulan kami memilih kamar junior suite. Untuk wifi mungkin bs ditambahkan, agar signal lebih bagus lagi. Air panas agar panasnya stabil. Pintu2 depan agar lebih diperhatikan ada yg perlu diperbaiki atau di cat ulang agar lebih bagus lagi. Utk toilet bisa diberikan pengharum/kamper biar tidak bau toilet, karena kamar saya bau toiletnya masuk ke kamar tidur. Selebihnya selalu puas nginep di lembang asri. Karena udara yg sejuk."
