Das Zimmer war schön, der Service gut und in der Lobby gab es rund um die Uhr kostenlosen Kaffee und Milch. Vom Fenster aus kann man die georgische Mutterfestung sehen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, ganz in der Nähe der Kathedrale und nur 20-30 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt! Der Pool auf dem Dach war einfach traumhaft – perfekt bei 35 Grad! Die Metro ist nur fünf Minuten entfernt! Das Hotel ist sehr modern, und der Innenhof ist gemütlich und grün! Im Zimmer gibt es allerdings nicht viele Haken oder Regale.

Great place to stay. Super nice staff! All work well in Hotel. Position is top if you want to visit Tblisi. I recommend this hotel and I will be back here.

Advantages: - size and cleanliness of the room, amenities: there was a lot of space, cleaning came everyday, the vault could contain a big laptop - view from the room: our windows were oriented to the east so we didn’t see the city center. However, we could see the hills, the river with HPP on it and the wedding palace, and this view was very pretty. The view from the room (13th floor) and from the restaurant (3rd floor) is attached. - lack of noise from construction sites nearby and the busy road — with closed windows you can’t hear a thing from the outside Disadvantages: - the dining restaurant: on the first day of our stay we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (it wasn’t included into our booking). It turned out that we were the only people at the empty restaurant. While the food was satisfactory, the waiter told us that their check printing machine is broken, so he gave us a random number as an amount that we should pay. We paid it, but when we tried to calculate the amount by ourselves at home (including the service fee from the menu), we came to the conclusion that he added around 20 GEL to the real amount. - the breakfast buffet: the choice was very limited. The only dish with meat was sausage. Other than that, the breakfast was fine. Notes: - before booking we asked the restaurant about dining policy and learned the following: if dinner is included in your stay, it means that you can every day order dishes from the fixed menu for a fixed amount of money (around 70 GEL, which is enough for a meal without alcoholic drinks). - the location is not central, but it is not bad, because the metro station is close. However, if you intend to cross the bridge over the river, please take into account that crossing the road to the bridge would take around 5 mins, because it is a busy road junction. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I can’t recommend either booking the dinner for your stay in advance or visiting the restaurant for dinner by yourself.

Die Lage ist gut, das Frühstück wirklich gut, sauber und das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gemacht. Aber der Empfang ist nicht freundlich (Frau Nina). Meine Reservierung war ein Superior-Doppelbett, aber in der ersten Nacht (522) gab sie uns ein Superior-Einzelbett und fragte am nächsten Tag, sie sagte, es tut mir leid, ich kann Ihnen kein anderes geben, weil für ihr neues Zimmer leere Zimmer frei sind Kunden. Danach gab sie ein Standardzimmer (419) und bot uns außerdem an, uns ein anderes Hotel zu schicken (niedriger Preis, aber kostenloser Transport!!). Sie muss freundlicher sein und keinen Unterschied zwischen den Kunden machen! Das Mercure Hotel sollte sich um sie kümmern

Schönes Hotel, günstig gelegen (ziemlich nah an der Altstadt, aber in viel ruhigerer Umgebung). Die Zimmer haben hohe Decken und gut ausgestattete Badezimmer. Das Frühstück ist gut und der Service ist aufmerksam. Ein ziemlich nobler Ort

Schöner Ort. In der Nähe eines Super-Kebab-Imbisses, Herr Schwarma. Das freundliche Personal sprach Englisch. Sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Kommen Sie früh an, sonst wird es kalt. Das Personal organisierte unser Taxi. Buchen Sie ein Taxi vor Mitternacht, sonst kostet es den doppelten Preis. Hüten Sie sich vor Granatapfelsaftverkäufern. Extrem teure Abzocke.

Dieses Hotel war wirklich einzigartig und sehr komfortabel. Es bot Betten, einen Coworking-Bereich und eine Cafeteria. Die Lage war perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Alexey und Gio für ihre hilfreichen Tipps und dafür, dass sie auch spät abends für Ruhe gesorgt haben. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen!

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
