Das Hotel liegt für Flugreisende sehr günstig und ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Gleich beim Airport Flughafen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut schallisoliert und funktional eingerichtet.

The location of this property is excellent and was easily the highlight of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues that affected our overall experience. The blackout blinds do not fully cover the windows, allowing daylight through the sides from very early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. We initially had to change rooms due to cleanliness concerns. In the first apartment, we found some soiled items in the bathroom bin and a heavily rusted tin opener. In the second apartment, there were unpleasant smells coming from the fridge and the cupboard under the sink, and while the tin opener was in better condition than the first, it also showed signs of rust. Some areas also appeared to have been missed during cleaning, including around the fridge hinge. The biggest disappointment was the comfort. The sofa beds were uncomfortable to sit on, with the cushions constantly sliding forward. The main bed was even more disappointing. It appeared to be two beds pushed together, was noisy whenever you moved, and provided one of the poorest nights’ sleep I’ve had in accommodation. By the end of our stay I was waking up with a sore, stiff back, which was particularly frustrating as this trip was supposed to be a break after several weeks of physically demanding decorating work at home. For a bed advertised as a large double, it also felt surprisingly short. We also experienced an issue with our room key after arranging a late checkout, which meant an unnecessary trip back to reception to have it reprogrammed. Noise from furniture being dragged around in the apartment above was noticeable during our stay as well. Overall, the apartment had the facilities we needed and the location is hard to fault, but the comfort, maintenance and attention to detail fell below expectations. While I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, I would think carefully before choosing to stay here again.

Neues Hotel, excellente Lage zum Flughafen Manchester ! Reception ist sehr klein und ist bei starkem Andrang überlastet. Zimmer sind modern aber funktional eingerichtet. Ich war zufrieden und kann das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit Nähe zum Flughafen sehr empfehlen.

Das Hotel hat einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt! Der ganze Ort war unspottbar und unverschämt gepflegt. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und willkommen, so dass ich mich zu Hause fühle. Das Frühstück war wirklich erstaunlich, bietet eine breite Palette von Wahlen, die perfekt den verschiedenen Ernährungsbedarf gerecht wurden. Alles war frisch und lecker. Ich kann diesen Ort nicht empfehlen genug!

During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable with top-quality fittings and furnishings. However, there were areas that required improvement. The hotel itself is pleasant, but enhancing the service and room cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience. A standard room was paid for but a disability-accessible room was provided. We requested to change it to a standard which was done immediately without any questions. No water bottles were provided in the room initially; they were only given on request and only two small bottles were provided. Additionally, the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Despite requesting it twice over 4 nights, the cleaner only changed the sheets once and neglected to take out the bins vacuum, replace towels or clean the bathroom. This was particularly disappointing given the length of my nearly week-long stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented with various options but unfortunately remained the same every day lacking any variation. Some areas were particularly poor. For instance, the scrambled eggs had a distinct smell and were overly watery. Adding tomatoes or simply varying the options every few days would have improved the experience. One concern we had was the cleaning team. Twice the cleaner used his universal card to enter our room without ensuring no one was present. My partner was in the shower and our young baby was asleep. We heard a knock but were unable to reach the door in time. Upon reaching it we realised he was already entering. This occurred twice and on the following day we decided to chain the door for privacy reasons. In other hotels we have stayed in, privacy is of the utmost concern for staff and they would never even risk opening someone’s locked door without making sure. A better system needs to be in place here.

Trotz anfänglicher Verwirrung bezüglich meiner Buchung habe ich das Frühstück dazugebucht und sofort ein Upgrade auf ein Executive-Doppelzimmer bekommen. Das Bett war bequem, die Dusche war warm und gleichmäßig, im Zimmer wurde es nachts allerdings etwas heiß. Das Frühstück war unbegrenzt und größtenteils war das warme Frühstück gut zubereitet, präsentiert und reichlich. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer ohne Fenster für einen günstigen Kurzurlaub gebucht und bekam bei der Ankunft ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Fenster, ein Doppelzimmer, ein riesiges Zimmer, ein bequemes Bett und Tee- und Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeiten, eine Dusche über der Badewanne, mitten im Stadtzentrum. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und teilte mir mit, dass der Aufzug geöffnet sei und ich um 10 Uhr auschecken müsse. Sie bieten einen späten Check-out um 12 Uhr für 10 £ oder um 13 Uhr für 20 £ an. Auch das Frühstück wurde zu einem reduzierten Preis von 9,95 £ angeboten, wenn es bei der Ankunft gebucht wurde. Ich buchte das Zimmer für 34 £, aber die Option, das Frühstück einzuschließen, kostete auf trip.com 42 £, also eigentlich nur 3,50 £ pro Person für ein Frühstück, was ich für ein gutes Angebot hielt, entschied mich, hier nicht zu frühstücken. Der Automat für Snacks, Schokolade, Chips und Getränke war rund um die Uhr am Aufzug geöffnet, der Fernseher im Zimmer, der Sicherheitsdienst vor Ort ließ einen nicht in das Gebäude, bis man seine Buchungsnummer und seinen Ausweis vorgezeigt hatte, und war ein bisschen übertrieben. es wird bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt, dass Gäste, die hier übernachten, nach 22:00 Uhr nicht mehr herkommen können und an der Rezeption für jede Person einen Ausweis vorzeigen müssen, das habe ich vorher nicht gesehen, normalerweise zeigt das gebuchte Hotel einfach seinen Ausweis, also ein bisschen übertrieben.

My man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom  As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner, So many thanks to the OUO house members for letting us stay in Middleton 😘
