Price was much more affordable than other hotels in the same area. Great location. The check-in time was 3PM but displayed here 2PM, called the number at the reception and the lady still let me check-in early. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom as well, however I booked a double bed but it was 2 singles put into one. The water in the shower was way too hot though, I was twisting the knob and wait for each of them for a while but it’s just keep getting hotter so eventually I took mixed it the cold water from the faucet pour it in the tub. Overall nice experience

The hotel is in need of a complete refurbishment. There is peeling window frames and wallpaper and the lifts don't work - not for the old and infirm. The room we were given was on the second floor and we were told it was overlooking the Castle which we couldn't see through dirty windows. Its a shame really as the hotel is very much part of Cardiff's history but you get the impression that the owners are just making-do presumably because the cost of bringing the hotel up to date will cost millions - sorry won't be back

Das Zimmer war makellos, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, aber das Parken war eine Katastrophe. Ich konnte keinen Platz finden, da viele große Lieferwagen dort standen und vier Parkplätze belegten. Das Hotel selbst war jedoch sehr gut.

Ich habe hier 2 Nächte geblieben und hatte so eine tolle Zeit. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer strategischen Lage im Stadtzentrum, sehr nahe an vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und pubs. Das Front Desk Personal war freundlich und willkommen. Das Frühstück war anständig, und das Zimmer hatte gute Einrichtungen, obwohl es ein wenig überlastet war. Danke, ich war allein, also war es kein Problem. Es gibt keine Parkplätze im Hotel, so wenn Sie mit dem Auto reisen, empfehle ich Parkplätze im Cardiff Central Train Station Carpark, es ist nur ein 2-minute Spaziergang und vernünftig bezahlt.

Die Lage ist großartig. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, wenn ich mit dem Zug komme. Belegen im Zentrum von Cardiff. Super bequem von Banken, Einkaufen bis F&B. Ereignisse Straße. 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder so, wenn ich nach Cardiff Central Bahnhof. Gute Sicherheit, wo Sie Zimmerzugangskarte benötigen, um in jedem Stockzimmer und auch in das Hotelgebäude, das ist in einer Arkade nach 7pm. Freundlich n hilfsbereites Personal. Rein n geräumige Zimmer verschiedene Möbelkonfiguration für unsere 2 Zimmer reserviert. . Rein n neue Handtücher. AC-Zimmer mit Mini-Kühlschrank n eine sichere Einlagerungsschachtel, aber der Geist funktioniert nicht jedoch. Zusätzliche Willkommen trinken n Snack in Mini-Bar, die erst später auf Ersuchen Mineralwasser gefunden. Laminiertes Boden, das ist ein super Punkt für uns wegen hygienischem Grund. Badewanne geliefert Bad wird leicht nass koz ohne Tür. . Toiletten n Entsorgung Slips auf Anfrage geliefert. Körper Lotion, Körperwasch, Haarschampo n Konditioner geliefert. Die Hausaufbewahrung sollte gründlicher sein. Wastebin im Badezimmer nicht leer für unseren 3-Tage-Aufenthalt. Gebrauchte Tassen nicht durch neue überhaupt ersetzt. Beutel mit Getränken auch nicht gefüllt. Gesamt, zufrieden n wird wieder kommen..

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, has old world charm yet modern. Breakfast is good though sometimes a long queue is formed outside the restaurant. But my check in was very disappointing. First the time it took for that staff to process it led me to think either their computer is not working or there's a problem with my booking (but I have received reminder from Trip.com. Worst, that staff asked me to pay a sum which is about £100 more than the stated sum on my hotel voucher ( he even said specifically ”For the first night the amount is xxx, and for the second night, the amount is xxx, with a security deposit of £50, the total is £4xx.”I told him he made a mistake as the sum stated in my printed voucher is only £3xx. That staff is either incompetent or not trustworthy, and should not be working on front desk. ALWAYS CHECK THE PRICE ON YOUR VOUCHER.

Decent hotel, centrally located close to the train station making it a very convenient place to stay. Staff very welcoming and took into account my special request and booked me a quiet room which was appreciated. Breakfast, nothing special, just like any other hotel breakfast in the uk. Good views at the breakfast area, staff on hand to help and often going out of their way to help. Service was 10/10. Rooms themselves felt a little old and could do with a touch up but comfy enough for a short stay! Coffee machine too!

Sehr gute Lage und alles sehr gut für den Preis. Das einzige schlechte ist, dass Sie die Gepäck nicht in der Unterkunft lassen können, wenn Sie vor oder nachher kommen.
