Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Zimmer hatte eine Badewanne, es war sehr bequem. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit. Man kann Snacks und Essen aus Automaten bekommen, was sehr praktisch ist.

Das Hotel ist im August im Urlaub sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist um 11 Uhr gut. Normalerweise bis 10.00 Uhr. Aber das Frühstück ist oft nicht gegessen, und es ist nicht rechtzeitig gegessen. Es wird stark empfohlen, das Frühstück mit einem grünen Gemüse zuzufügen 🥬 Es ist ein Frühstück ohne grüne Blätter. Frucht, Joghurt, süßes Brot, stinkendes Brot, alles. Das Zimmer ist zwar rechtzeitig, aber es ist nicht so. Und die Nähe des Hotels ist sicherer als die alte Stadt. Das Zimmer ist auf der Seite der Leichtbahn. Wenn Sie schlafen, brauchen Sie sicher ein Ohrring. Wenn Sie morgens mehr schlafen wollen, brauchen Sie einen Bose-Hearing-Tool 🥲 Marseille ist kaos und schön.

Tolles Hotel in schöner Lage. Es sind immer 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Stadtzentrum. Das Parken war ok, allerdings ist der Preis von 32 Euro pro Nacht schon etwas höher. Das Frühstück kostete 33 Euro pro Person, es war gut, aber den hohen Preis nicht wert. Wir waren neulich morgens zum Brunch dort und es war perfekt – der Laden ist direkt neben der Oper, tolle Atmosphäre. Es heißt Deïa Coffee & Kitchen. Der Service ist insgesamt gut, danke, dass wir hier sein durften.

Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay… The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up). The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina. The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window! The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage). Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations. The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed. The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day. There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

Second stay at this hotel. Convenient for when traveling to / from the cruise port or airport. The hotel itself is very nice, small but great character and good facilities. We had a double floor mezzanine family room. Great room with comfy beds, clean, good amenities and nice bathroom, fridge, coffee machine etc so everything you need. There are two big downsides to this hotel that are out of their control. The old big French doors / windows look great but are not good at all for sound. We were on the 5th floor and heard cars, sirens, mopeds and people until the early hours and this does impact sleep. The second thing is the area, not a pleasant place at night. Lots of Homeless, rough sleepers and not a welcoming place. For us, simply going there to sleep and be comfortable and have a nice room it was good and we’d stay again, but it is expensive when you consider the area and noise at night vs some other better located hotels in Marseille

Ein tolles Hotel! Sicher und komfortabel! Der Bereich ist sehr gut auf der Hauptstraße! Sie können von der Bahnhofsbahnhöfe zu Fuß kommen! Ein weiteres Mal geht bis zum Hafen des Golfs. Ich muss sagen, dass die Stadt sehr heiß und vielfältig ist. Weil ich das Frühstück vergessen habe, ging ich essen... und dann fragte der Kellner, ob ich in meinem Zimmer war. Aber sie muss sich nicht Sorgen machen, als sie mich zum französischen Frühstück bat! Dann sagte auch der Herr auf der Rezeption, dass er nicht die Gebühr zahlen muss. Die französische Schwester ist wirklich so wunderschön! Dieser Laden ist sehr freundlich.

J'ai l'habitude d'aller dans cette hôtel, l'accueil est sympa, l'emplacement est très bien à l'entrée de Marseille et juste à côté du port de l'estaque.

1. one centered whole room lighting is annoying, separate small independent light are needed 2. more drawers and wardrobe needed then staying long thing too messy due to lack of drawer and wardrobe 3. vending machines don't give product on the first try, need to pay 2 times I bought water and my money is deducted from my bank account but no product and the reception girl doesn't give **** about vending machine malfunction

Erstmal in Marseille. Gut, in dieser Wohnung zu bleiben, aber wahrscheinlich nicht wieder. Ich musste mich selbst für die Zugangsanweisungen jagen. Auch irritierend, die Schlüssel von Ibis zu holen (die Sammlung selbst war schnell), was ist ein 9-minute Spaziergang zum Apartment. Der Fob funktionierte, aber die 2 Schlüssel angeschlossen haben keine Türen geöffnet. E-Mail-Anweisungen, obwohl klar, waren nicht ganz genau - beziehen sich auf das richtige gehen, wenn ich eigentlich die Wohnung auf der linken Seite zu finden. Ein wenig Drama eines Morgens, als ich mein Telefon in der Wohnung vergessen und mich selbst verriegelt hatte. Hatte Schlüssel auf mich, aber die Schlüssel konnten nicht wirklich die Tür öffnen, und natürlich konnte ich nicht an den super-sicheren 9-digit digitalen Code erinnern! Nur schließlich konnte man einsteigen, aber frag einen Nachbar, der dankbar war, den Wohnungsmanager anrufen konnte. Sie hätten mir die Arbeitshandbuchschlüssel geben, aber nie. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber. Vieles von Leinen. Komfortable Betten im Schlafzimmer sowie unter dem Sofabett versteckt. Grundwasserbekleidung enthalten. Waschmaschine funktionierte. Heizung war ausreichend. Kein Geschirrspüler, aber kein Problem, weil ich nicht viel kochte. (2 Induktionshob Ringe direkt gegen die Wand, die ich nicht dachte, war zu helfen, etwas mehr als die super Basis kochen, aber für mich diese Reise.) Insgesamt war es ok. Lage super bequem, aber ich würde lieber irgendwo ruhiger, wo Menschen und Verkehrslärm nicht so laut und nach Stunden weitergehen würde. Auch irgendwo, ohne dass sich Menschen neben großen Bügeln direkt außerhalb der Vordertür des Gebäudes entspannen. Etwas angenehmer ...
