Located in the centre of Lille, very close to the main sights and Tourist Information Centre and metro station.  The room was a good size, with a decent kitchenette and large fridge, and a nice sized shower cubicle in the bathroom.  There were plenty of cupboards, and little touches like lots of hanging space in the bathroom and fold out rack to dry small things.  We stayed for 3 nights and not having daily room service did not pose a problem, there was a hoover and iron in the room.  The reception staff were friendly, they have a little board with recommended eating places, local shops etc.  We didn't eat in the hotel as there were plenty of places nearby, and the supermarket is only a few minutes' walk from the hotel.  Altogether a comfy stay in a most convenient location at a very reasonable price.  

Hotel is conveniently located beside Lille Europe station and 10 min walk away from the city centre. There's a huge Carrefour located in Westfield EuraLille. Room was spacious and contemporary. Breakfast buffet spread was limited compared to other Novotel hotels.

Overall good for the price and the location close to the exhibition center. ＞Walking distance.

It is a very nice hotel, but my stay was ruined. The hotel had decided to have a DJ blast music from one of the hotel rooms to celebrate festivities in Lille that weekend. The DJ was blasting music through an open window to the street below at exceptionally high volume levels. My room was above the DJ. The music shook the room, it was impossible for us to stay in the room. It was a lovely room but it wasn't fit for purpose, and should not have been hired out to guests when the hotel had arranged for a DJ to be creating that level of noise below them. I arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour journey, desperate for rest before going out to meet friends in the evening. Rest was simply impossible in the room. As a result my evening out was also ruined. At the very least a hotel needs to provide a quite relaxing room for guests, this wasn't done. I would advise you to consider other options available before considering this hotel.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in einem alten Gebäude in Lille. Es liegt ziemlich zentral, bietet aber dennoch viele öffentliche Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus sowie einen hoteleigenen Parkplatz. Das Restaurant war sehr schön und elegant im alten Stil eingerichtet, mit leckeren, modernen Gerichten. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber sehr sauber. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Ob Geschäftsreisender oder Tourist – ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Etwas abgelegen und doch Zentral - vom Bahnhof etwas mühsam über das alte Pflaster mit Koffer hinzurollen, Sehr bemühtes Personal - Early Checkin war möglich, recht ruhige Gasse, geräumiges Zimmer Das tollste Frühstück unserer Ganzen Reise in diesem Hotel ! Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - würde ich wieder buchen

Truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. Hotel is well situated near city center which is really convenient.

Hi Ich bin sehr glücklich zuerst die Lage ist fantastisch, das Zimmer war extrem sauber, sauber Bett, sauber Kochfeld, Mikrowelle war sehr sauber das Kühlschrank sowie Toilette war sauber, Ich fühlte mich zu Hause , Ich ging nicht zu Restaurants Ich koch meine eigene Speise, die ist ausgezeichnet, der Supermarkt-Carrefour ist nur um die Ecke des Hotels , und das große Einkaufszentrum Eurasia Lille nur um die Ecke ausgezeichnete Lage für jemanden, der Geld sparen möchte Transport, ein anderes Ding sowohl Lille Europe Station und Lille Flandre ist nur um die Ecke, es ist eine Spazierweiterung, alles ist nur in der Nähe voneinander , Ich werde sicher zurück zu besuchen Lille wieder und im Hotel bleiben, gute Kundenbetreuung Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation, alle Mitarbeiter können verschiedene Sprachen sprechen, die ist ausgezeichnet, danke Aufenthalt Lille affaires apart hotel Sie nächstes Mal sehen THANKYOU
