Unbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol. Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants. Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset. The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided. Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding. This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space. The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom. A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table. A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay. The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room. All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Gutes Servicehotel. Aber sie stellen nur eine Flasche Wasser für eine Nacht kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Neues Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Für geschäftliche Zwecke gab es einen ordentlichen Schreibtisch im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Einerseits ruhig. Taxigebühren waren höher.

Ich fand die Unterkunft perfekt. Sie liegt in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs Plaza, ist fußläufig erreichbar und auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Ich kann sie wärmstens empfehlen!

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Sevillas sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit. Der Ort ist ruhig. Mit der App kommt man ganz einfach ins Hotel, aufs Zimmer und ins Fitnessstudio. Alles in allem eine gute Erfahrung

Die Lage und auch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war super. über Whatapp war das Personal rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Ich habe extra mehr bezahlt , um ein Fenster zu haben . Vor dem Fenster war eine Mauer. Leider war das WLAN überhaupt nicht gut

Это действительно студенческое жилье. Понятно, что это видно из названия, но все таки странно, что этот вариант доступен для бронирования в принципе. Брал на 1 ночь, между перелетами. По расположению далеко от центра и аэропорта, но в принципе удобно добираться на автобусе, в помещении чисто, но звукоизоляция отсутствует напрочь, толком отдохнуть точно не получится.
