Hotels in der Nähe von Einkaufszentrum Martianez, Puerto de la Cruz

Nach nunmehr dem 4ten Aufenthalt seit 2012 dem letztem mal 2016 jetzt zum 5ten mal, mit den Befürchtungen niemanden mehr zu kennen! Aber große Überraschung schon an der Rezeption ein bekanntes Gesicht und wurden sogar wiedererkannt (nach 6jahren) doch die noch größere Überraschung kam bei den Servicemitarbeitern mit denen wir schon bei den letzten aufenthalten ein freundschaftliches verhältnis pflegten war die Freude uns wiederzusehen ganz groß. In einem 300 Betten Haus nach 6Jahren mit einer spontanen Umarmung begrüßt zu werden und auch auf der stelle erkannt zu werden ist wie nach Hause zu kommen. Wobei ich sagen muß schon die Verabschiedung vor 6 Jahren war ähnlich. ( In dieser Form auch nicht die Norm ) Meine Empfehlung an die Leser dieser Bewertung als Gast zu kommen als G A S T zu benehmen und allen auf Augenhöhe begegnen. Zum Hotel ca.300 Betten und um die 30 alt aber ständig gepflegt und renoviert mit kleinen schwächen. Zur Küche etwas mehr abwechslung wäre schön mit einem kanarischen hintergrund. Die internationale Küche sollte man den Fast food tempeln überlassen. Mein Fazit: nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. Ein Pluspunkt auch für die Leitung des Hotels von der Rezeption angefangen bis zur oberen Etage ihr könnt nicht viel verkehrt gemacht haben, da ein Teil der Mitarbeiter schon länger als 25Jahre dabei sind. Und das nach covid und 15Monaten schließung. Zur Lage für alle eigentlich optimal die es gerne ruhiger angehen lassen. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar und etwas für Leute mit Behinderungen da Puerto eine der Behindertenfreundlichsten Gemeinden ist die ich kennne.

Wir waren hier eine Woche und es war viel zu kurz! Das Hotel ist eine komplexe Mischung von Kunst, Luxus, Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit. Nirgendwo haben wir uns besser gefühlt als hier! Das ganze Personal hat sich für unsere Komfort bemüht. Der Garten ist ein Traum und ein Muss! Der Pool, für Klein und Groß, mit warmen Wasser (31 Grad) und eine schöne Terrasse mit Getränke und leckeres Essen. Das Frühstück frisch und reich, für jeden Geschmack, inclusive mit Produkten für Diabetiker oder für wer aufnehmen möchte. Das Personal vom Restaurants- ein Beispiel von guter Schule und Höflichkeit. :) Traumhaftes Spagebiet - dafür blieb es mir leider nicht genug Zeit. Nur dafür würde ich hier eine ganze Woche verbringen!! ❤️ Live Musik abends mit guter Laune und Tanzen,wenn man Lust hat, in einem sehr eleganten Hall mit Bar. Das Zimmer, sehr sauber, mit Room Service 2x täglich, Obst, Wasser, Schokolade, Blumen und eine sehr schöne Panorama über das Atlantik. Super bequemes Bett und Kissen. Bade Produkte in gutem Qualität und ausreichend. Viele Möglichkeiten: Spa, Tennis, Golf, Billard, Bibliothek, verschiedene Aktivitäten: Blumen-Deko - dafür herzlichen Dank an Herr Gabriel!! Wie bereitet man Sangria vor, Tennis -Kurs usw. Shuttlebus vom Hotel zum Zentrum, organisierten Transport nach Siam Park, Transfer von/ zu dem Flughafen. Transport zu dem besten Steak-Restaurant (Brunelli‘s) - für alles das und nicht nur, ganz lieben Dank an Frau Toni - eine Dame voller Herz, die alles möglich und sehr gemütlich macht ( mein Sohn hat geweint als er sich von Ihr verabschieden musste!!) Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, in einem ruhigen Gebiet. Von dort kann man sowohl die Berge, als auch das Atlantik sehen. 5 Minuten zu Fuß Weit entfernt von Jardin Botanico. Loro Park ganz einfach erreichbar mit dem Shuttlebus und den Tuc Tuc Zug. Der Strand und andere gute Restaurants, sowie einen kleinen Mall zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kids Club war leider nicht geöffnet, aber die Kinder haben sie sich nicht gelangweilt.

After a grim and wet Winter in the UK we were looking forward to our week in the H10 Puerto De La Cruz. Sadly this was not the case, after checking in (long process) we had paid for a sea view and we found our room overlooking the pool, we spoke to the reception and apparently they had had a message prior to our stay and that we wanted to to change it, they did change our room to a sea view but the room was so small you could not swing a hamster let alone a cat. We are now on our third room in as many nights, this turned out to be a lot larger and we had our sea view. We searched the rooms for any hotel info and kettle and thought it must be hiding but sadly no. We did hear that you can hire a kettle for €25 a week but no tea or coffee that is extra. Well as for evening meal there is a traffic light advisory as when the best time to go sadly there appears no good time as the queue wait could vary 10-15 mins every night and once in the restaurant you are then guided to a table to sit, the food was okay always enough choice but not 4* quality. Would I stay again no there are I am sure better Hotels for the price.

We spent a wonderful 5 nights at the Sol Costa Atlantis and want to express our thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. We had a nice room with sea view. For a small extra charge to our original B&B booking we added evening meal - and were so glad we did! The buffet breakfasts and evening meals offered extensive choice, with meat and fish dishes cooked freshly in front of us. The hotel facilities were good - with indoor and outdoor pools and plenty of lounge areas. We enjoyed the live music in the bar each evening. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add tea/coffee facilities in the rooms - if we visit again we'll pack a travel kettle. If we return to this area of Tenerife we would defintely stay at the same hotel.

Wir haben uns großartig behandelt ... das große Zimmer mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse ... wir haben einen Hund mitgebracht und ist wie zu Hause ... wir werden sicher zurückkommen

Das Hotel ist etwas abseits vom Trubel und recht ruhig. Parkplätze sind leider trotzdem Mangelware in der Gegend. Ich hatte Glück und ein Einzelzimmer mit Terrasse. Die Matratze war sehr gut und ich habe jede Nacht gut geschlafen. Die Anlage ist mit den ganzen tropischen Pflanzen sehr schön, aber halt schon etwas älter, was man an der Einrichtung erkennt. Warmwasser und Wasserdruck waren für die Kanaren sehr gut, allerdings muss man aufpassen, wenn der über einen die Klospülung betätigt, dann kommt plötzlich nur heißes Wasser aus der Dusche. Die Zimmer sind leider typisch kanarisch sehr hellhörig und man kriegt sofort mit, wenn die Nachbarn duschen oder auf der Toilette sind. Ich hatte zum Glück sehr angenehme ruhige Nachbarn. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Es gibt Pancakes, Churros, Waffeln, English Breakfast und Kontinentales Frühstück. Die Zimmer haben alle eine Klimaanlage, leider ohne Fernbedienung. Ich hatte Pech und die Klima wurde gerade auf Wasserkühlung umgestellt, weshalb sie die ersten Tage während des Calimas nicht funktionierte, aber dann schon. An der Rezeption wird gleich beim Check in ein Ventilator angeboten, wenn die Klima nicht geht. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist sehr schön, aber mir persönlich war dort zu viel los. Am Nachmittag ist es auch unmöglich eine freie Liege zu finden. Die Fliesen beim Pool sind extrem rutschig, wenn sie nass sind und man sollte besser über die Wiese gehen.

Overall a decent hotel. Good for a trip that is for a week or less. The hotel is clean and has lovely staff. Round by the pool it’s nice we came last week of august and the pool is not super busy at all. We were able to get a sunbed everyday without having to reserve one (as it’s not aloud). There is a lovely lifeguard called Tina who will help you when needed and helps keep round the pool nice and tidy. The bar staff are good and recommend food from the bar at lunch as it’s very nice. There are also lots of chair in lobby/ bar area to be able to sit and have a drink. And some chair outside as well to be able to sit on. The room are clean. With cleaners that come in every morning which is a bonus. Bedroom are good size with comfy beds, the pillows are very long but are still comfy. Rooms come with a Tv, large wardrobe and safe which can pay about €15 for the week for. A desk area with draws and a mirror. Bathroom was clean overall with a few minor flaws. Shower pressure is not brilliant but is good enough. There is also a bath. The balcony is nice we had a good sea view. There is a football pitch/ training ground near by but not too noisy and all noise stopped by 9:30ish. The food at breakfast was nice with plenty options. E.g fruit, cooked breakfast, omelette, pastries. Dinner also had some good options only flaw is restaurant is basement with some windows towards top so there is some light but it’s tidy and clean down there. Location is brilliant with plenty of restaurants near by. If you walk left out hotel there is the town is large but can walk to other end in about 35 mins. There also some good shops as well. If you walk til you get to a mcdonald's then go right up a hill theres a small shopping centre with some good shops. If you go right out the hotel til end of road and then left there is a market which is good i believe it’s on a Sunday. You can walk along beach with is about 5 mins away nice views but can sadly not go in the water due it being polluted but is still lovely to walk along. If you want to go in the sea there is places in the town or a beach about 25. minute walk away I believe. Hotels about 20 mins walk from monkey parks and a small town. Would highly recommend the area and had a nice stay in the hotel. With the staff making the stay very nice.

First the good points. Extremely clean even better than some 5 stars we visit. Breakfasts are satisfactory but repetitive. Location - good if you want the middle of the town. Staff were friendly. Now the not so good especially for those visiting from the UK with TUI. Do not expect a balcony. Expect background echoing noise regardless of room, with or without balcony. Don’t expect any support or visibility from TUI. Our TV had a large crack in the screen, but it didn’t matter as there was only one English language station (BBC World News). The air conditioning appears impossible to control, being either on or off, with adjustments making little difference. We found opening the window was best, but then the outside noise increases. Not enough sun beds on some occasions. The Pool was cold. The bar/food wasn’t open every day. No in-room tea/coffee making facilities. We’ve been to Tenerife ten times and this was the third two week visit to Puerto de la Cruz. The facilities in the hotel were too limited for long stays. For those on a short break that don’t particularly want quiet, this hotel is an above average 3 star. For those staying longer, consider somewhere else. Don’t visit with TUI as holidays with TUI are not what they use to be.

What an absolute hidden gem this hotel is. By no means will it be what everyone is looking for in a hotel, but for us, it couldn't have been any more perfect. As residents in the south of the island, it's nice to have a little 2 or 3 night break in Puerto de La Cruz every so often, to get away from familiarity. For the sake of an hour and a half drive, you feel like you are in a completely different place altogether. The streets around the old town could easily be mistaken for Seville or Valencia. It's on one of these cute, charming and narrow streets that you will find the Playa Azul. Nestled amongst listed buildings this newly refurbished hotel stands out with its ultra modern facade. For us the location was exactly what we were looking for - central, charming part of town, surrounded by restaurants and a few cocktail bars. Simple. The price and star rating of this hotel can be unnerving. We aren't 2 ⭐ people at all, but we trusted our gut and were right to do so. On arrival in 38°C heat (you'll need Google maps to find it the first time) we were instantly stunned by three things. Firstly, how super modern the interior was (the photos don't lie). Secondly, how cute and small it was. And, thirdly, it was bloomin' freezing! Which was an absolute godsend. They do not mess about with the Aircon. It just screamed 'boutique hotel'. The lad on reception was lovely, too, and helpful. Check in took minutes. The rooms are very snazzy (and, again, freezing). No keys or key cards needed, as all the doors have a keypad on, and to enter your room you have to enter a 4 digit code (hi-tech or what!?) Everything seemed almost brand new. Big modern flat screen on the wall, with netflix etc, which is nice in the evening when getting ready to go out. Theres no decent views here, but that wasn't important to us at all. Big, comfy double bed. Walk-in shower with endless hot water. Storage space was lacking a bit, but enough to manage. The mini fridge is useful as it's a self catering hotel, so we put a few bottles of water in there straight away and a few beers. There's a hair dryer. There's a kettle, not that you really need it as in reception there is a 24hr help yourself area with water, a coffee machine and every tea known to man, all free of charge. As we intended, we spent little time in the hotel. Daytime was spent at the Lago Martianez soaking up this incredible weather (€5.50 pp), eating seafood and sinking a few beers, before returning in the evening to use the jacuzzi for a bit, on the roof (what a lovely touch). I don't think this roof terrace gets too much use, but we made sure to spend half an hour up there both evenings, before returning to the room, to the blessed Aircon, haha. If that doesn't sound like the perfect day I don't know what does. In the evening, we headed out to have a wander and find one of the hundreds of stunning little restaurants within a five minute walk. Wenn wir Teneriffa besuchen meistens in diesem schönen Hotel. Es ist alt, kanarisch und trotzdem irgendwie klasse. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön und es gibt genug Liegen und Liegeplätze. Da wir Selbstversorger sind können wir nichts über das Frühstücks Buffett berichten. Die Lage des Hotels ist mitten in La Paz oberhalb von Puerto de la Cruz. Über einen Treppengang kommen Sie innerhalb von 10 Minuten ins Zentrum. Am Standort des Hotels gibt es genügend Restaurants, Bars und Shops. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet mit einer zweier Herdplatte. Kühlschrank mit Eisfach komplettiert die Küchenecke. Das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei Einzelbetten aber problemlos zusammenstellbar. Die Matratze war perfekt. Das Reinigungspersonal sehr freundliche. Sonntags und Mittwochs wird nicht gereinigt. Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Flügeln mit je 6 Etagen im typischen Kanarischen Stil. Die Balkone haben ca 6 m² und man kann dort problemlos frühstücken oder auch zu Mittag- oder Abendessen. Aus Respekt zu den Nachbarn sollte man etwas ruhiger sich verhalten, da das Gebäude natürlich durch sein Alter etwas hellhörig ist. Durch das günstige Preis Leistungsverhältnis aber super verträglich. Toller Urlaub.
