Neben dem British Palace ist die Lage recht gut.

Whilst the facilities of the room are good the communication is absolutely woeful. We tried for 3 days to contact the property after they sent the pre-registration email through ALL of their channels - email, Whatsapp and phone call with not one response. It came to the day of arrival and with no response we had to try via Trip.com and finally got to live chat with a person who then followed up with the hotel. Needless stress for us that could have been avoided with a simple reply. Whilst we had an enjoyable stay the public areas are very dark (the walls and ceiling are painted a very dark grey) and similarly in the bathroom of the room - seemed a very odd colour choice. Also, we could smell what others were cooking in their rooms. Finally, (not the hotels fault) but we had noisy neighbours in the room above and as the floors are timber we could here them (or their kids) making noise til 1 am. Overall, disappointed.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, der Service ist herzlich und freundlich, ich blieb 4 Nächte, das Zimmer war jeden Tag sauber und ordentlich, aber es war kalt und regnerisch und das Hotel hatte keine Regenschirme zum Ausleihen.

Stay: 2 nights in February 2026 Review: 1. Very cold room and bathroom. The room and especially the bathroom were extremely cold. When the air conditioner is turned on for heating, it blows directly onto the heads of people sleeping in the bed, making it uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. 2. Very noisy. The room faces a busy street. People were talking and making noise outside throughout the night. The sound insulation is very poor. 3. Extremely small room. The room is clearly designed for one person (this is even indicated on the hotel’s floor plan), but we were accommodated there as two guests. There is almost no space to place luggage or personal belongings. The bathroom also has no shelves at all. 4. Uncomfortable toilet placement. The toilet is positioned in such a way that it can only be used diagonally, which I consider completely unacceptable. 5. Missing desk shown in photos. The room photos showed a writing desk, but it was not actually present. We had to spend time requesting and arranging for a desk to be brought to the room, as it was necessary for work. 6. Parking information is misleading. The hotel description states that parking is available, but in reality it is about a 15-minute walk away. This is very inconvenient when traveling with luggage. We only discovered this upon arrival. This information was not communicated in advance. There is also nowhere near the hotel to stop even for 5 minutes to unload luggage. Additionally, there is no reception desk at the hotel, so it is difficult to quickly ask for assistance.

Great hotel and location, clean, provides all the amenities, great service and has a lovely coffee shop at the reception too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. One small improvement I would suggest and this is just personal preference, not something that should deter someone from booking, it would be great if there was a fridge in the room so you could keep drinks cool whilst you are spending time there.

Gute Umgebung, ruhig, großes Zimmer, Abendessen wurde pünktlich geliefert, Steak war zart und lecker, Frühstück war für westliches Essen sehr gut, sehr reichhaltig und es hat sich gelohnt. Einziger Nachteil sind Haare im Waschbecken und im Föhn, was verbessert werden muss.

Es ist sauber und freundlich. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist für den Preis gut. (Hotels mit dem gleichen Preis in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Abando haben kleinere Zimmer zum gleichen Preis.) Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut ausgebaut, sodass Besichtigungen bequem möglich sind.

Es war insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung mit der zentralen Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Zimmer war komfortabel. Das Hotel und die Einrichtungen wirkten insgesamt etwas altmodisch, und das Frühstück hätte mehr Gemüseauswahl bieten sollen. Wenn ich wieder nach Bilbao komme, werde ich wieder hier übernachten.

Insgesamt gute Erfahrung, gutes Aufenthalt, gute Preis, gutes Zimmer. Lage war gut. Betten waren komfortabel und nicht zu klein. Zimmer war grundlegend, aber wir wussten, dass es geht in. Es gab eine Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Es dauerte uns eine Weile, um das Klimaanlage herauszufinden, aber es funktionierte. Es gab keine Seife im Badezimmer. Einige Probleme waren, dass es ein Dorm ist es nichts, was man in einem Hotelzimmer finden würde, wie ein Schlagtrockner oder Tassen. So konnten wir Wasser in Mikrowellen erhitzen, aber wir mussten Tassen kaufen, um das Wasser in zu halten. Wenn wir Zugang zu einer Kehle oder einem Blowtrocker oder Schlamm hatten, würde sogar die Zahlung zur Miete die Dinge einfacher machen. Das Waschzimmer akzeptierte keine Münzen, so dass wir eine App herunterladen mussten, um unsere Chonies waschen. Ich bin nicht sicher, geben einige App meine Kreditinformationen, um in der Lage, meine Chonies zu reinigen, war es wert.
