Reception staff need improvement. Check in process was long, waiting for the girl to key in information took more than 15mins. The reception young guy is always on telephone, once waited more than 15mins to ask some questions. The location is good, walking distance to all the attractions. If took a bus from Madrid, be prepared to walk uphill, those with big luggage better to grap a taxi. Bus stop about few mins walk, but up and down hill.

The location is superb, near to the places of interests. Next to METRO. Ample free open-air parking minutes walk away, but may take a bit of figuring out. Rooms/Beds were good size, clean, odorless & comfortable. We had room heating kick-in but could quite figure out how to control it, fortunately the front desk resolved it eventually.

Dieses Hotel befindet sich direkt am oberen Rand des Hügels mit wunderschönen Aussichten auf die Stadt Toledo. Zimmer sind wirklich groß, sauber und teuer. Es hat einen großen Pool für Kinder und Erwachsene. Das Beste von weitem ist die Terrasse, wir könnten dort Stunden kalt bleiben, um die majestätische Stadt Toledo zu sehen.

Ein schönes Apartmenthotel in Toledo, am Eingang zum historischen Zentrum. Leicht aus dem Bahnhof zu kommen. Die Apartments waren sehr geräumig, sauber, komfortabel. Der angenehme Bonus war Saft, Sauce, Milch und Kuchen im Kühlschrank sowie Kaffee. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, aber meine Frau und ich haben es nicht verwendet. Personal ist sehr responsiv. Es gibt eine Gepäck-Speicherkamera. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel

Vielen Dank! Meine kleine Tochter hat ihre Brille verloren, kontaktiere die Mitarbeiter des Schreibtischs, war sehr enthusiastisch, um zu helfen, in ein anderes Hotel zu posten und zu helfen, mit einem anderen Hotel zu sprechen, zu unterschreiben ㄕㄡ (Wir verstehen nicht westlich).

The hotel location is great and central and both amenities and staff were excellent - including the restaurant (which served first class fare at a reasonable price).  Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful.  The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings.  Staff helped arrange tours and outings in the area, which were excellent.

Stilvolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Es bietet große Zimmer, geräumige Badezimmer und einen schönen Essbereich. Nur 3 Sterne aufgrund der Parkgebühren (11 Euro pro Tag) und des recht hohen Frühstückspreises (20 Euro pro Person).

Das Hotel liegt auf der Hügel, die Sicht ist sehr offen, die gesamte Landschaft in Toledo ist im Auge, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, die Schönheit ist nicht ausreichend, dass der Kälte- und Klimaanlagen-Geräusch zu schwach ist

1. Als ich einen Antrag gestellt habe, sagten sie mir, um 8 Uhr anzurufen. In einem Hotel sollte der Service rund um die Uhr sein. 2. Als ich um Lotion gebeten habe, sagten sie, sie geben nicht Lotion. Wir haben 6 verschiedene Hotels in Spanien reserviert. Nur dieses Hotel hat keine Lotion. 3. Es gibt kein zusätzliches Wasser. Wenn Sie Wasser brauchen, müssen Sie es aus der Café holen. 4. Das Klimaanlagessystem funktioniert nicht. Das einzige Hotel, das wir für 3 Tage ohne Klimaanlage reserviert haben. So mussten wir die Fenster öffnen, hoffentlich würde kein Vogel während wir schlafen.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.  This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.  Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.  It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.
