What a great experience at the Holiday Inn.
I gave this hotel experience 5 stars across the board because it achieved everything I was looking for and things I didn’t know I was looking for.
The room was spacious, clean and smelled fresh. All problems that you can potentially find within this price range. The water and temperature of the room were both warm and in excellent condition. The bathroom and shower were exceptionally clean.
The location was excellent for a traveler who wanted to be near the action but not in the downtown. Travel can be challenging, make sure to book taxis in advance if you’re travelling to the train station. Additionally what I liked about the location was that I was walking distance from the great Qianfoshan
Lastly, the service was impeccable. Special shoutout to Tony Tony Choppa.
I would definitely come again.

Dieses Hotel ist ok für eine Nacht. Ich empfehle nicht mehr als eine Nacht zu bleiben. Ich habe in Holiday Inn Express Hotels in anderen Städten geblieben, wo das Frühstück bei der Buchung enthalten ist, aber dieses Hotel muss man für das Frühstück extra zahlen. Für den Preis würde man erwartet, das Frühstück enthalten. Auch das Zimmer, in dem ich geblieben bin (Zimmer 1009, 10. Stock), das Badezimmer Outlet funktionierte nicht.

Da das Kind Geburtstag hatte, bereiteten sie sorgfältig Lego-Spielzeuge und kleine Kuchen vor und brachten sie voller Überraschungen und einem Gefühl von Zeremonie ins Zimmer. Vielen Dank! Insbesondere Frau Tang Yaqi ist schön und großzügig, verfügt über professionelle Fähigkeiten und bietet einen enthusiastischen und rücksichtsvollen Service. Sie sorgt wirklich dafür, dass sich die Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Ich empfehle der Hotelleitung, sie gut zu schulen.

Die Unterkunft im Huajianfu in Jinan war eine wunderbare Überraschung! Die Architektur im Hui-Stil im Hof ist sehr charmant, mit malerischen Ausblicken an jeder Ecke, perfekt für Fotos. Die Dame an der Rezeption war unglaublich freundlich, der Check-in war schnell und unkompliziert und sie hat uns proaktiv tolle Restaurants in der Nähe empfohlen. Der Aufenthalt war komfortabel und herzerwärmend. Nächstes Mal, wenn ich nach Jinan komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

ZZerachielGreat place to stay. The location is close to Jinan railways station and K88 neaby malls. The room and toilet is clean (no bidet). I chose the non-smoking room and the room is clear from any cigarette smoke. However, there are people smoking in the corridor at night and the cigarette smoke enters the room. For someone who’s very sensitive to cigarette smoke, it’s not a convenient place to stay.

Es hat uns etwas Zeit gedauert, um die genaue Lage des Hostels zu finden, weil wir nicht realisiert haben, dass es seinen Bodeneingang mit einem anderen Hotel im gleichen Gebäude teilt.
Die Eincheckung war einfach: Der Empfangsmann war sehr freundlich und zeigte uns um, erläuterte die Grundregeln.
Es gibt separate Zimmer für Frauen und Männer; unsere hatten zehn Bäche und einen Schrank. Extra Gepäck kann in einem sicheren Gepäckraum gelagert werden.
Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Bündelbett waren sehr sauber. Es gibt einen kleinen Kupfer und eine Socke in jedem Bündelbett. Dieses ist sehr bequem. Das Zimmer verfügt auch über Klimaanlage, aber das kann irritieren, wenn Sie das Bett direkt neben ihm haben und nicht mit Ihren Zimmerpartnern über eine geeignete Temperatur in der Nacht zu vereinbaren. In solchen Fällen wäre eine kohärente Zimmertemperatur eine bessere Lösung.
Es gibt separate geteilte Badezimmer und Dusche für Männer und Frauen sowie einen kosmetischen Tisch und Waschmaschine.
Es gibt auch ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit großer Aussicht, Zugang zu einem geräumigen Balkon, einem Fitnessbereich, einem Kaffee- und Wasserstation und einigen anderen Soda- und Eismaschinen. Das Gemeinschaftsgebiet verfügt über eine Bar, ein Heimkino, Sofas und Tische sowie einen Teewinkel. Dieser Bereich ist großartig für die Begegnung mit interessanten Menschen.
Der See ist in der Nähe zu Fuß, wie auch der öffentliche Verkehr.
Insgesamt hatten wir dort eine tolle Zeit. Das Personal ist willkommen, und es gibt eine Familienatmosphäre. Wir würden uns wählen, dort wieder zu bleiben, wenn wir Jinan wieder besuchen!

As a foreigner on a solo business trip to China, when my phone couldn't connect to the local network, it meant I had no way to pay for anything. I couldn't buy food, couldn't get around, and was completely cut off from the outside world. I was filled with a sense of helplessness being alone in a foreign land.
Upon hearing this, the hotel staff immediately contacted a nearby China Unicom service center where I could get a SIM card using my passport. The next morning, Ms. Chu Yi from the front desk, concerned about my language barrier and difficulty getting around, proactively offered to accompany me to the service center to help with the procedures. The moment my phone successfully connected to the network, what I felt was not just the restoration of a signal, but a profound sense of relief.
This warmth continued throughout my entire stay: the housekeeping staff thoughtfully prepared a power adapter in my room; the restaurant staff enthusiastically recommended delicious and agreeable dishes during my meals. From Chu Yi's exceptional initiative at the front desk to the meticulous and warm service from housekeeping and the restaurant, your actions perfectly embodied the meaning of ”a home away from home.” This transcends nationality—it's all about heartfelt care.
Jinan is a warm city, but Atour is even warmer. On all my future business trips to China, I will definitely choose to stay at Atour. I wish Atour and the wonderful Ms. Chu Yi all the best

Sauber und hygienisch, guter Service, der Abholfahrer war beschäftigt, die Taxifahrt wurde erstattet und das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Das Waschbecken befindet sich außerhalb des Badezimmers, was nicht praktisch ist. Einziges Manko ist, dass sich die Metrolinie 6 im Bau befindet. Das wusste ich bei der Reservierung noch nicht. Die Schalldämmwirkung des Zimmers ist durchschnittlich und der Lärm relativ laut, was die Ruhe beeinträchtigt.

KKajima-22Ich muss mich beglückwünschen! Der Service des Hotels hat wirklich in meinem Herzen gemacht. Die Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch und sorgfältig und die Antwort auf die Frage ist sehr geduldig. Im Zimmer sind Reisestrategien und Kinderartikel vorbereitet, sogar neben dem Windsor intim die kleinen Briefmarken geschrieben, diese kleinen Details sind wirklich zu beachten! Es fühlt sich nicht an, im Hotel zu bleiben, sondern eher wieder in ein warmes Haus zu kommen.
Die Lage dieses Hotels ist zu bequem. Die Ausgangsstelle ist die U-Bahn-Station. Es gibt viele Auswahl an Essen in der Umgebung und spart eine Menge Reisezeit. Auch wenn das Zimmer nicht besonders groß ist, ist es vernünftig, es sollten Einrichtungen haben, der Preis ist super hoch. Das neue Hotel ist sehr sauber und komfortabel zu leben. Es ist besser als viele preiswerte Hotelerfahrungen. Das nächste Mal werden Sie hier wählen! Rezeption Xiao Mu ist gut.
