Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, das Bett bequem und es bot ausreichend Platz für unser gesamtes Gepäck und unsere Einkaufstüten. Der Service war exzellent, von der Rezeption bis zur Reinigungskraft. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Yuan für seine freundliche und zuvorkommende Art. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ins Atour Heping Road.

Ich war kürzlich mit Freunden auf der MixC in Shenzhen. Wir hatten extra das nahegelegene Jiduo Hotel gebucht. Das Zimmer war sauber, hygienisch und ordentlich, und der Preis war wirklich angemessen. Die Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend und halfen uns sogar mit dem Gepäck, da wir zwei Frauen waren. Obwohl das Hotel erst vor Kurzem eröffnet wurde, gab es keinerlei unangenehme Gerüche. Uns gefiel die Einrichtung, und wir würden bei unserem nächsten Besuch definitiv wieder dort übernachten.

Der erste Eindruck dieses Hotels war „sorgenfrei“. Vom Betreten des Hotels über den Check-in bis zum Check-out verlief der gesamte Prozess reibungslos und ohne unnötige Störungen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, und die Schalldämmung war gut, sodass die Schlafqualität nachts ausgezeichnet war. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, da sie sowohl die Anreise erleichtert als auch den Lärm der Umgebung vermeidet. Der Service des Guest Relations Teams war unaufdringlich, aber sehr zuverlässig. Das Gesamterlebnis war sehr angenehm, und ich würde dieses Hotel bei Bedarf wieder bevorzugen.

Nach meiner telefonischen Reservierung empfing mich der Besitzer herzlich am Aufzug – eine angenehme Überraschung. Mein Zimmer war ordentlich und aufgeräumt. Ich wurde gebeten, Hausschuhe anzuziehen, was sehr aufmerksam war. Der Besitzer brachte mir sogar persönlich Hausschuhe und heißes Wasser und war stets hilfsbereit – der Service übertraf meine Erwartungen. Auch Treppe, Bad und Dusche waren blitzsauber, selbst die Zahnbürsten wirkten hochwertig und zeugten vom Engagement des Besitzers. Für rund 30 Yuan bietet dieses Hostel ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Abendessen wärmstens empfehlen; es war für die Portionen sehr preiswert und das Essen war fantastisch. Der Fotograf war sehr geduldig mit uns und hat wunderschöne Fotos von uns gemacht. Der Poolbereich und die Bar sind sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder geeignet – ein echter Pluspunkt! Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank an das Personal, das sich so schnell und freundlich um uns gekümmert hat.

When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible.
The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door.
When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed.
When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also.
The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay.
I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night.
However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place.
Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors.
Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette.
Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me.
The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.
