GGastnutzerI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Usuites, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I decided to extend my stay!
One of the highlights of my time at Hotel Usuites was the stunning view. From my room, I was greeted with breathtaking vistas that spanned the city skyline and beyond. It was truly a sight to behold, and I found myself constantly drawn to the window to take in the mesmerizing scenery.
Not only did the view enhance my stay, but the overall ambiance and atmosphere of Hotel Usuites were second to none. The hotel boasted a contemporary and sleek design that exuded luxury and sophistication. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, and it made for an incredibly inviting and comfortable environment.
The staff at Hotel Usuites were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was warmly greeted and made to feel like a valued guest. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, and their dedication to exceptional service truly stood out.
The location of Hotel Usuites was ideal, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or discover its cultural treasures, I found myself conveniently situated to do so.
All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. The stunning view, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location combined to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a hotel that promises a delightful stay with an unbeatable view, I highly recommend Hotel Usuites.

MMISS DDEine sehr befriedigende Erfahrung. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich im Hyatt Hotel in Wuxi übernachtet habe. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer mit Bergblick des Hotels bietet einen Panoramablick auf ganz Wuxi. Leckeres Frühstück. Der Pool ist sauber. Die Einstellung des Hotelpersonals ist sehr gut. Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wählen. Die Lage ist einzigartig, gegenüber der Xiaolou Lane und im Erdgeschoss des Hotels befindet sich das Suning Plaza. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der ehemaligen Residenz von Herrn Qian Zhongshu und der Donglin Academy.
Ausstattung: sehr praktisch und leistungsstark

Umgebung: schön, ruhig

JJacqueline, 卉杉Xiao Liu, the inn owner, is extremely polite, helpful, friendly, and reliable. The place is very comfortable, reasonably priced, and in a great location.
All the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. We loved the place so much and truly regretted staying for only one night. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel like strangers at all—it felt like being with family. Everyone treated us with sincerity and went out of their way to help. Xiao Liu patiently answered all our questions and even drove us to buy fireworks. He waited for us and later joined us to play the fireworks at night, even though we had already checked out. He kindly allowed us to leave our large luggage with him during the day, which we really appreciated.
The place is exactly as shown in the photos—no overly edited pictures with disappointing reality. Everything was authentic and exceeded our expectations.
We also enjoyed a hotpot dinner at the inn, and it was fresh and delicious. The food is truly a must-try, including their coffee. Everything was excellent, with no doubts about quality.
I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to visit Wuxi again. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, as well as 德福楼, the restaurant recommended by Xiao Liu. The food there is authentic, delicious, and truly represents Wuxi cuisine.
They also helped us with tickets to the Lingshan Big Buddha. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more—the restaurant owner assisted us with the entrance tickets, and a tour guide even drove us to Lingshan Big Buddha and guided us there, all without any extra charges. Everyone was incredibly kind and generous. If you plan to buy joss sticks and candles, there’s a shop right beside the restaurant with very reasonable prices—absolutely no regrets.
Thank you, Xiao Liu, for your outstanding hospitality. It’s such a pity we didn’t have enough time to visit your sister’s café, but we would love to visit again next time.

Es gibt Qingtuan-Knödel und Xiaolongbao, die die Leute in Wuxi essen. Sie werden jeden Tag frisch zubereitet und schmecken mir persönlich sehr gut.

Location:
It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

GGastnutzerDas Wuxi Hotel ist eines der ersten Vier-Sterne-Hotels in China. Der in der Lobby im ersten Stock ausgestellte Teppich zeugt von vergangenem Ruhm. Die Einrichtungen und Ausstattung sind relativ alt, aber der Service entspricht immer noch dem Sterne-Standard warm. In einigen Details spürt man, dass das Hotel auch sein Bestes gibt, um einige Verbesserungen und Verbesserungen vorzunehmen. So wurde beispielsweise die Toilette im Badezimmer mit smarten Funktionen ausgestattet und das Toilettenpapier wird täglich durch neues ersetzt. Als sie erfuhr, dass unser Flug Verspätung hatte und wir später auschecken wollten, teilte sie dem Leiter rechtzeitig mit, dass wir noch ein paar Stunden im Hotel bleiben konnten ohne dass Sie sich Sorgen machen müssen, auf Ihren Flug warten zu müssen.
Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett. Der Zimmerpreis von 298,00 pro Nacht war wirklich günstig.
