Der Manager war sehr freundlich und erkundigte sich nach meinen Erfahrungen und ob mir während meines Aufenthalts etwas fehlte. Er bot mir auch Getränke an und fragte, ob ich beim Auschecken Hilfe bräuchte, um eine Fahrt zum Flughafen zu rufen. Diese Geste wird sehr geschätzt.
