Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr gut. Sie halfen mir mit meinem Gepäck, was super war. Es gab auch einen Roboter, der Sachen auslieferte, was sehr hochwertig war. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Duschwasser ausreichend. Ich empfehle jedem, hier zu bleiben und einzuchecken.

Unser Host war super herzlich. Da wir sie leider ohne Internet nicht kontaktieren konnten. Hat sie sogar am Ausgang der Unterführung eine Straße weiter auf uns gewartet! Wir waren ohne Internet etwas verloren und haben uns sehr gefreut. Das Zimmer, Lage und Ausstattung sind top! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Lage ist sehr nah an U-Bahn, Bahnhof und Einkaufszentrum, obwohl wir den Bahnhof weder für unsere Ankunft noch für die Weiterreise genutzt haben. Der Weg zum transnationalen Wasserfall Detian ist auch sehr bequem, indem man mit der U-Bahn direkt zum Busbahnhof Langdong fährt, von wo aus ein Minibus um 8 und 8:30 Uhr direkt zum malerischen Wasserfall fährt. In der Nähe und im Einkaufszentrum gibt es Restaurants. Im Einkaufszentrum wird bald ein Supermarkt eröffnet, und eine sehr schöne Bäckerei ist bereits in Betrieb. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ein- und Auschecken super einfach. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und die Vorräte umgehend aufgefüllt. Die Toilettenartikel rochen sehr gut und sprudelten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Es ist ein sehr guter Ort zum Übernachten. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt und ein Pluspunkt für mich ist der Manager, der Englisch spricht, denn in allen anderen Hotels, in denen ich war, habe ich nie englischsprachiges Personal getroffen. Der Manager war sehr freundlich und erkundigte sich nach meinen Erfahrungen und ob mir während meines Aufenthalts etwas fehlte. Er bot mir auch Getränke an und fragte, ob ich beim Auschecken Hilfe bräuchte, um eine Fahrt zum Flughafen zu rufen. Diese Geste wird sehr geschätzt. Ich war eigentlich ziemlich zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt dort und würde dieses Hotel anderen Leuten empfehlen. Gute Arbeit.

Sehr praktisch gelegen, die U-Bahn ist direkt neben dem Hotel und der Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof und der Flughafenbus sind etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe, aber erwarten Sie nicht zu viel vom Frühstück, das das Hotel anbietet. Das Personal an der Rezeption und das Zimmermädchen sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und das Zimmer ist sauber. Ich werde wieder in dasselbe Hotel gehen, wenn ich Nanning wieder besuche.

TtankharrisThis is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is.
The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea.
The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me.
The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in.
The cons:
This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included.
The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that.
Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash.
This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again.

NNyyrikkiKommt man an ist es zunächst etwas unheimlich. In dem Gebäude sind viele Unternehmen und Eingang, Aufzüge und Flure nicht in bestem Zustand. Welch ein Unterschied, wenn man das Zimmer betrifft. Wie abgebildet, recht neu und mit interessantem Lichtkonzept. Die Toilette mit allerlei Features. Reinigung erfolgt auf Anfrage.
Direkt neben dem Gebäude die Altstadt bzw. darauf getrimmte Gebäude mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Nachtmarkt. Dazu nah am Fluss, die Lage also bestens.
Wir würden diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen, allerdings ein anderes Zimmer. Laut Beschreibung gibt es eine kleine Küche mit z.B. Microwelle, diese fehlte aber (kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden). Der Flussblick ist nur ganz klein seitlich. Die beiden Fotos zeigen den geraden Blick aus dem Zimmer und umgekehrt von der Straße.

When we requested a change in room they mentioned ”will check and revert ASAP”, but after 45 minutes, there was no follow up and multiple reminders were needed. Aircon temperature couldn't be controlled and it got stuffy at night. Again , response time was slow. Hotel would do better with more timely response and if more time is needed , please let your guests know so they can plan.

Bei der Eincheckung erklärte sie die Verwendung verschiedener Einrichtungen, und sogar mit Gedanken eingerichtete Zimmer mit ausgezeichneten Aussichten und Ruhe entsprechend den individuellen Bedürfnissen. Alle später aufgetretenen Fragen wurden unverzüglich behandelt, so dass sie sorgfältig auf die Details aufmerksam macht. Die Zimmer selbst sind mit Überraschungen, mit einer reine und zeitgemäßen Reinigung bis zum Punkt, dass sie nichts mehr zu finden sind. Weich und komfortable Betten sorgen für eine ruhige Nachtschuhe, während alle notwendigen Einrichtungen zur Verfügung stehen. Alltags essenzielle Dinge sind voll gelagert, so dass der Aufenthalt sowohl komfortable als auch sicher. Was noch bemerkenswerter ist, ist die außergewöhnliche Zugänglichkeit und die reibungslose Erfahrung des Hotels sowie seine erhebliche Kosteneffizienz. Ein solcher hoher Erfahrungsstandard macht es eine hervorragende Wahl für Unterkunft in Nanning, sehr empfohlen für alle!

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist sehr gut, es ist an der Berliner Station, die unterirdische Straße zu erreichen, mit Hochspinnbahn ist besonders bequem, das Zimmer ist nicht auf der Straße, das Zimmer hat intelligente Pferde, warme, waschen Sie die Produkte sehr gerne, der Geruch von Kleidern. Die Umgebung, Restaurants und Bequemlichkeitsgeschäfte haben, wie die Berglandschaft 1.5 Kilometer können zu Fuß spielen. Die Service-Einstellung auf Rezeption 07 ist gut, sehr zu empfehlen!

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist groß, der Sofa und der Tisch sind sehr groß, das Licht ist etwas dunkel, und die beiden Türen sind nicht sehr gut, die Isolierung ist sehr gut, ich habe zwei Tage nichts anderes gehört, das Zimmer hat keinen Geschmack, der Rezeptionservice ist sehr gut, und der Schutz ist auch sehr gut, das Waschzimmer ist sehr bequem, Auch nahe dem U-Bahnhof, wo immer Sie hier wohnen, ist sehr gut.
