Die Reise N-Stunden im Hotel, der Service ist sehr gut, die angemessenen Anforderungen werden je nach Fall gestellt, der aktive Service wird nicht wenig sein! Die Hardware-Komponente ist immer gut, der Raum ist auch groß! Die Bettausstattung ist komfortabel, die Klimaanlage ist super Kraft!

Das Zimmer war blitzblank, das Frühstück und der Mitternachtssnack frisch und lecker und der Service ausgezeichnet! Auch die Lage fand ich top, mit dem Taxi ist man in 10-20min bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich würde hier immer wieder hinkommen!

Sehr sauber und sicher… ich habe meine Brieftasche im Aufzug verloren und wurde informiert, bevor ich ins Zimmer kam. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar und bietet eine große Auswahl. Ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe

Unfortunately, the hotel is like a building site outside. Lots of roadworks which are very noisy. There aren't proper pavements to be able to walk anywhere safely. The staff are very helpful. The room was comfortable, but the view was nothing to write home about. The name Garden Hotel is a little misleading too. There is a small patch of fake grass out the back of the hotel, with a few tables. Very disappointed by the Nanchang Garden Hotel.

Als ich zum ersten Mal nach Nanchang kam, war ich auch zum ersten Mal alleine unterwegs. In Eile buchte ich für zwei Nächte ein Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett im Mercure Hotel Tengwang Pavilion. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Tengwang Pavilion außerhalb des Fensters gesehen werden, was für das Auge angenehm ist. Auch die Servicequalität ist gut und das Essen zum Mitnehmen wird von Robotern geliefert. Auch die Zimmerausstattung ist gut und man fühlt sich wohl. Auch das Frühstück ist recht reichhaltig.

It has an incredible view, right on the canal across from the beautiful library. The location honestly couldn't be better. Right in the heart of everything. In walking distance of wonderful locals. But I reserve my biggest compliment for the staff. The front desk went beyond the call of duty. Bent over backwards to help me time and time again. I can't say enough! Even the cleaning staff, everyone was unbelievably cheerful. A fantastic city, worth the visit. And I definitely would stay there again.

Super love the hotel location and service. 3-5min walk away from the food street. There is also a shao kao store next door. Staff were really friendly to recommend food around. Do take note that the hotel is located in the alley and taxi couldn't stop you directly Infront the hotel, but just a short 30sec walk outside. We love the hotel so much that we got a better room and extended our stay. Highly recommend!
