the room is nice and comfortable. there aren’t any Muslim-friendly breakfast options like boiled eggs, but that’s understandable. for non-Muslims, the breakfast selection is actually quite good. unfortunately, the view isn’t great because a new building is being constructed next door, which blocks it.
the location is a bit far from the Luodong bus transfer station, but it’s fairly close to the railway station about a 10-minute walk. the walk doesn’t feel long because there are many stores along the way. the hotel is conveniently located between PX Mart and Family Mart, and there’s also a self-service laundry right in front of the hotel if you need to do laundry. overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The location of hotel cannot be better, as it is right across the front of Luodong train station. We arrived by Kamalan 1917 bus from Taipei Main Station to Luodong transfer bus station which is around 8 mins walk away from the train station.
Reception is located at Level 9 of the hotel, with complimentary drinks and seats for hotel guests. We left our bags at reception as we arrived before check in time of 3pm.
Room is very spacious and good for 4 ppl. We were given a room at Level 12 which had a nice view of the train station. Toilet is rather dated. We also received breakfast vouchers NT100 per person, which gave us options to get breakfast from 3 merchants.
Overall, a good stay and highly recommended for its location!

We booked transport, so not sure about the transport nearby.
Just that the bathtub was placed lowered, it can get a bit dangerous when the kids get up from it.
Breakfast choices not many but should be sufficient.
Just that facilities & breakfast has to book by schedule.
There’s a guy working in the toy car section area is not very flexible with kids that has caused the experience not so well, other than that everything was pretty well.

The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe.
The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played.
Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option.
We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit!
The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day!
The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

JJosh_ChuaVor kurzem in Just Sleep Jiaoxi geblieben und hatte einen sehr angenehmen und komfortablen Besuch. Als zwei ältere Erwachsene schätzten wir wirklich, wie günstig die Lage des Hotels war nahe zu den wichtigsten Attraktionen, Lebensmitteloptionen und der Bahnhof, aber noch friedlich genug für eine ordnungsgemäße Ruhe.
Das Zimmer war sauber, gut gepflegt und angenehmen geräumig. Das im Zimmer warme Frühlingsbad war ein Highlight für uns. Es war einfach zu benutzen, sehr entspannt, und perfekt für die Beruhigung müde Muskeln am Ende des Tages. Das Bett und die Kissen waren bequem, und wir schliefen gut während unseres Aufenthalts.
Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, geduldig und bereit, mit den Anweisungen und Vorschlägen zu helfen. Sie haben uns nie gefreut und waren konsequent warm und professionell.
Das Frühstück bot eine schöne Variante, mit einfachen, aber süßen Optionen, die uns gut passen. Wir schätzten auch, wie reibungslos alles gesteuert wurde von der Eincheckung bis zur Hauspflege.
Insgesamt gab uns Just Sleep Jiaoxi einen entspannenden, fuss-freien Aufenthalt mit großem Wert. Wir würden nicht zögern, auf unserem nächsten Besuch in Jiaoxi zurückzukehren.

SSIXANA四周有田園風光非常美麗，房間裡有小型兒童遊戲器材，小朋友非常喜歡玩的都不想出門，門口有自行車車可以借，可惜因為天氣很熱，大家在陽台看風景就好！哈哈哈，浴室裡面浴缸非常大，不過大家在同萬劫完成完夠了沒有使用到很可惜，以後冬天來的時候泡湯一定很讚！很滿意的地方！晚上去羅東夜市吃東西，愜意的理由！

旅旅行中的傑克Ehrlich gesagt, fällt meine Bewertung des Kirin Hotels gemischt aus. Als Vier-Sterne-Hotel hatte es einige Mängel, die der Bewertung nicht gerecht wurden.
Zunächst die Vorteile:
1. Hervorragende Lage: Direkt an der belebtesten Straße in Jiaoxi gelegen, ist es ideal für Gäste ohne Auto.
2. Ununterbrochenes WLAN in den Aufzügen.
3. Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern war wirklich atemberaubend.
4. Das Open-Air-Bad auf dem Dach war fantastisch.
Nachteile:
1. Mängel bei der Sauberkeit: Viele Details, wie die schmutzigen Stuhlbezüge, der Staub um die Badewanne sowie der Pool- und Spa-Bereich, waren nicht sauber genug.
2. Probleme mit dem Service: Beim Betreten des Zimmers stellte ich fest, dass der Strom eingeschaltet und eine Schlüsselkarte im Zimmer steckte, was sehr seltsam war. Hatte das Reinigungspersonal sie dort gelassen oder hatte der vorherige Gast sie vergessen? Am unangenehmsten war jedoch, dass mitten im Duschen das Duschgel fehlte. Gehört das nicht zum Standard beim Hotel-Reinigungsservice? Ich kontaktierte die Rezeption, und mir wurde umgehend meine Duschgelflasche in Reisegröße ausgetauscht.
Am nächsten Morgen meldete ich den Vorfall dem diensthabenden Manager, der mir höflich mitteilte, er habe die Nachricht erhalten … na ja …
Fazit: Das Problem mit dem Reinigungsservice ist gravierend; die Rezeption hat den Vorfall nicht gemeldet.
Das Reinigungspersonal reagierte nicht auf diesen PR-Vorfall!

GGastnutzerWas kind of lost to locate the hotel and the sky turns dark too early during winter time. Upon alighting at Luo Dong and checked with people around, mention to just bypass Luo Dong station, straight and turn right, however was stucked took a cab there. Prior to arrival, staff check in on my arrival timing too. Upon reaching, staff was really nice and welcoming. Luo Dong night market us just minutes away and there washing / drying services provided across the road. Very convenient if you plan not to pack much!
