This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

This is my hotel of choice when I travel to Baohe District, Hefei on business, and this will be my 3rd stay. The hotel location is very good, with many good quality restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel and easy access to the city centre if required. The hotel rooms are large, well-equipped and always very clean, which is a credit to the diligent maid service at the hotel. The facilities at the hotel are everything I require when travelling on business, and the hotel staff are respectful and understanding of my busy schedule, helping with any requests I have, including help with laundry if I am busy. The staff respond quickly and positively to any concerns or help required, and nothing is too much for them. They prepare and serve good coffee in the lobby which helps start my day, and the breakfast selection is good and organised. There are many positives about this hotel, but what stands out is the staff - They are always happy, kind, helpful, positive and efficient, which makes my time very easy and smooth, even though we do not speak the same language. I recommend this hotel without question and hope that you have a very good experience if choosing to stay with them 👍

Dieses versteckte Juwel unter den Bergrefugien ist absolut empfehlenswert! In bester Lage, eingebettet in die Berge, bietet es einen atemberaubenden Naturblick. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal sorgt für einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ein gemütlicher Spaziergang durch die Berge nach dem Abendessen ist unglaublich entspannend. Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub mit Familie oder Freunden, um die Ruhe und Gelassenheit zu genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Reisen sind gut, die Gästezimmereinrichtungen sind vollständig gesund und der Service ist rechtzeitig. Der Verkehr in der Umgebung ist bequem, die Umgebung ist nicht ruhig, und das Waschzimmer ist insgesamt zufrieden, empfohlen.

再次來到合肥，選擇入住方萊國際大酒店經開區店。這次是參加同學家小孩升學宴的，酒店優越的地理位置依舊是一大亮點，地鐵出行無憂。工作人員一如既往熱情友好，辦理手續高效。客房寬敞乾淨，居住安逸。自助早午餐品類多樣。遊玩徽園、海洋館之後，就近在正大廣場休閑，貼心的服務加上便利的周邊，無可挑剔！值得一提的是酒店的酒水跟菜餚，直接打開了我的味蕾，沒想到宴會的菜餚都這麼美味！跟同學推杯換盞間彷彿又回到了學生時光！時光如梭，改變的是年齡，不變的是回憶！下次來合肥必選方萊國際大酒店！

Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig, man muss den Bahnhof gar nicht verlassen. Kurz vor Ankunft bekommt man eine genaue Wegbeschreibung, mit Photos, damit findet man den Eingang gut. Mit Lage im Bahnhof hat man Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Im Zimmer war es nicht laut. Einziger Makel: die Betten waren sehr hart.

Es ist für die Familie geeignet, zu reisen und zu verblieben. Es ist sehr bequem, um sich zu essen. Die oberen Supermärkte sind sehr gut. Dies ist vor allem ein kostenloses Parkplatz. Der gesamte Weg ist nicht in Kontakt mit ii-personen geeignet. Hahaha

Die Hotelumgebung ist wunderschön, das Zimmer mit Seeblickbalkon bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht und das Personal an der Rezeption ist auch sehr nett!

Eine wunderbare Gelegenheit, die chinesische Gastfreundschaft zu erleben. Ich habe mit meiner Katze geblieben und wir waren sehr willkommen. Der Besitzer ist sehr aufmerksam und blickt gut auf seine Gäste. Es ist gut zu wissen, dass die Rezeption im 3. Stock ist. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Ein ruhiger Bereich und Haus, nur perfekt, wenn Sie eine gute Ruhe brauchen oder mit einem anspruchsvollen Haustier reisen.
