Großartifes hotel, ist zwar schon etwas älter, jedoch sehr luxuriös und sehr sauber. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich. Zimmer sind riesig. Würde wieder herkommen

Mein Mann und ich hatten eine wunderbare Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Sauberkeit und Service sind 100 %! Das Zimmer ist schick, mit guter Beleuchtung und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir werden das nächste Mal wieder buchen.

I especially appreciated the dry and wet separation in the bathroom—a small detail that makes a big difference in daily convenience. Service: The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming. Dear Hanting Express (erqi spuare) Hotel Management, I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional hospitality and service provided during my recent stay at the Hanting Express (erqi spuare) As the Chairman of Amber Palace in China, I have had the opportunity to experience various Hanting Express (erqi spuare) accommodations, and I must say that the Hotel truly stood out for its impeccable service and attention to detail. First and foremost, I would like to extend my gratitude to the Front Office Department for their warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff members were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable from the moment I arrived. Additionally, I would like to commend the Service Department for their outstanding dedication to guest satisfaction. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns, the service team consistently exceeded my expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. Furthermore, I would like to recognize the Back Office Department for their behind-the-scenes efforts in maintaining the hotel's operations seamlessly. From housekeeping to administrative tasks, their commitment to excellence contributed significantly to the overall positive experience during my 3 day stay. Stayed for 6 nights. I do not usually give poor reviews as I know competition amongst hotels is tough but I do want to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Overall, my stay was alright but not outstanding (probably subpar for China’s hospitality standards). An aspect I enjoyed was the location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Yanzhuang metro station. As this hotel is located in residential area, food/lifestyle options are largely catered to locals - not too worry as they are mostly modern and suitable for the younger crowds too. For the negative aspects: 1. I felt that the service provided by hotel staffs were mediocre at best. The vibes I got was that they hated their job and being there. Basic things was not done on check-in day. For eg. introducing the hotel and its facilities, establishing communications, and informing me of my entitlements - free afternoon tea on day of check-in, check-out timing, daily coffee etc. When I returned to the hotel to rest, they would stare at me coldly which made me fairly uncomfortable. 2. Daily housekeeping was done properly and thoroughly, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered the room at 10.30am when I was still asleep. I do feel its quite inappropriate to enter the room that early, especially on a Saturday. The hotel should strongly consider fixing the housekeeping indicator or implementing a mechanism so that housekeeping knows when to enter the room. 3. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example, the toilet flush was barely working (required multiple flushes after each use) and the water temperature fluctuates a lot when showering. The light switches were not intuitive to use and some were spoilt too. In summary, I was taken aback by the subpar standard as other branches from this hotel chain has been excellent. While I enjoy the convenient location, I will probably not stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information. Thanks.

I went for the cheapest and most basic room, and it was very cheap! So whilst this review might seem negative here and there, it's merely a description of what I expected. Firstly, it was January and was unusually cold for Zhengzhou, having recently snowed and with sub-zero temperatures. So I expected the room to be cold, as heating isn't the norm in this part of China (as it is in the North). But the air con which one normally relies on, only blew cold air and for some reason wouldn't go above 17°C, so I turned it off. (pic) The room had windows, but was behind a facade and allowed in very little daylight. (pic is the daytime pic of the window without the room lights on). Instead of the Queen bed I expected, I had two very large singles, so I doubled up on the duvets and I was very warm whilst in bed. I found the small things annoying, like plastic slippers that hurt your feet (pic) that other people have worn; coat hangers in the bathroom but not even a nail in the door to hang your coat. I used a broken edge of the door to hang my coat(pic) . And two paper cups (no bottled water but the kettle worked well). And only one towel, albeit a large one. And the big gap all around door (pic) which let in smoking smells from other rooms, as well as the light from the hall. The pillows, and bedding were comfortable and clean. The hot water was hot (I didn't dare to shower because of the cold). The w/c functioned well, and although the beds were characteristically hard, I slept very well. There were better rooms free which they could have given me, but they chose to give me an inferior room, which I am reviewing. The TV worked but I couldn't get any channels on it. I've successfully used that type of TV before so I don't know what I was doing wrong. WiFi was good. The decor appeared 'grubby' but this is normal in China. Check-in was quick and OK. I booked a (free) lift to airport for the next morning, but when I turned up at the time agreed, there was nobody at reception, so I took the subway, which was adequate. I recommend it if you are on a budget. It was cheap. I'll try somewhere else next time. The location is great and there's an abundance of hotels in the area.

However, there are not many dining options within walking distance. - Cleanliness: Overall, the hotel was quite clean, and I have no complaints about the cleanliness. - Facilities: The bathroom is a bit old but still clean and well maintained. The room is quite small, but it has all the essential amenities. The only downside is that the projector did not work well for watching movies or other content. - Service: The staff seemed rather indifferent and not particularly welcoming. Since I only stayed for two nights, it did not affect my trip too much. --＞ Overall, considering the price and the fact that this is a fairly large hotel, I expected a higher standard of service from the front desk staff. I hope the hotel will improve this aspect in the future.

Jeden Monat reisen wir mehrere Male in der Hafenzone von Hangzhou und leben im Wanxian Hotel. Aus dem U-Bahnhof von Doppelhuanhuan und laufen am See schnell zum Hotel. Die Schönheit, die auf der Rezeption im ersten Stock empfangen wird, ist immer so freundlich und vertraulich und die Gästezimmer, die ich jedes Mal arrangiert habe, sind sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist in guter Umgebung, ausgestattete Einrichtungen sind vollständig, bequem Verkehr, sauberem Hygiene- und Servicebereich!!
