Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren äußerst herzlich und zuvorkommend und haben meine Wünsche vollends erfüllt. Das Hotel ist im schlicht-klassischen Stil eingerichtet und durchweg sauber und ordentlich – meine grundlegendste und wichtigste Anforderung an ein Hotel, die glücklicherweise vollständig erfüllt wurde. Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind komfortabel gestaltet und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dies steht in scharfem Kontrast zu meiner enttäuschenden Erfahrung im Nanjing International Conference Hotel, weshalb ich mich entschlossen habe, wieder hier zu übernachten. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr günstig. Meine Freundin und ich haben den Konfuziustempel (Fuzimiao) besucht, wo sie Fotos in traditionellen Kostümen anfertigen ließ. Das Hotel war gut zu erreichen wenn auch nicht einfach zu finden auf dem ersten Blick. Der Service war sehr gut und nett, leider haten wir einen Regentag in Nanjing erwischt weshalb wir nicht so viel Freude an der Stadt hatten, aber das Hotel stellt alles wichtige bereit. Sehr gut gefiel uns das Ambiente des Zimmers.

Room is a little smaller than what is shown in the booking page photos, good for a single person, may be a little cramped for 2 persons. Location is very good at the FuZiMiao walking street with a lot of food and snacks options, slightly far from the metro station (10 minutes walk). Room soundproof effectively blocked the noise from the street.

Ich bin mit meinen Eltern nach Nanjing gereist und wollte ihnen den Konfuziustempel und den Qinhuai-Fluss zeigen. Nach ausführlicher Recherche habe ich dieses Hotel – das Atour Hotel Nanjing Fuzimiao Qinhuai Cruise Terminal – direkt im Herzen des Fuzi-Miao-Viertels gefunden. Die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption hat uns sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Flussblick angeboten. Es lag direkt am Fluss, und wenn wir das Fenster öffneten, konnten wir das wunderschöne Nachtpanorama des Qinhuai-Flusses bewundern. Auch der Service des Hotels war hervorragend. Beispielsweise gab es den 'Late-Night-Porridge'-Service, bei dem abends kostenlos Reisbrei serviert wurde. Da ich am nächsten Morgen ausschlafen wollte, bat ich die Rezeption im Voraus, mein Frühstück einzupacken und vor die Zimmertür zu stellen – ein wirklich toller Service! Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Betten äußerst bequem. Meine Eltern waren sehr zufrieden und erzählten, sie hätten die ganze Nacht durchgeschlafen, ohne auch nur das geringste Problem mit Schlaflosigkeit zu haben.

Great hotel! Well located, the room was spotless and it even came with nice local snacks. I really like the bathroom, especially how nice the shower was and the heated mirror. The staff was all helpful and warm. Overall perfect stay, nothing negative to say! I didn't try the breakfast so I can't speak on that.

Ein fantastisches Hotel! Der Besitzer und die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer, da das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer für unsere vierköpfige Familie etwas zu klein gewesen wäre. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten sehr bequem (fest, genau unser Geschmack!) und das Badezimmer modern. Die Lage ist perfekt: sehr ruhig, aber dennoch in der Nähe von belebten Vierteln. Die Hotelangestellten haben uns sogar mehrmals während unseres Aufenthalts geholfen und unsere Wäsche gewaschen. Der Besitzer gab uns verschiedene Teesorten zum Mitnehmen mit, die alle sehr lecker waren. Unsere Töchter waren auch von dem Hund in der Lobby begeistert. Ich würde sehr gerne wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten, wenn ich nach Nanjing zurückkehre. Wir haben bereits in Hotels in Peking, Shenyang und Dalian übernachtet, und dieses Hotel war mit Abstand das schönste! Anmerkung: Meine Frau ist Chinesin, was die Kommunikation natürlich erleichtert hat. Ich bin aber überzeugt, dass wir uns auch mit Englisch als Muttersprache wohlgefühlt hätten.

Wir konnten das Zimmer zunächst nicht finden und riefen deshalb an der Rezeption an. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und erklärten uns den Weg genau. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, ohne unangenehme Gerüche. Beim Auschecken stellten wir fest, dass ein wichtiges Spielzeug fehlte, das wir unserem Partner geschenkt hatten. Wir bemerkten den Verlust erst, als wir am Südbahnhof Nanjing ankamen. Wir baten die Rezeption um Hilfe, und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und suchten eifrig. Leider konnten wir es nicht finden. Bedauern ist wohl unvermeidlich.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Am ersten Tag war ich in diesem Suning Hotel. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn Es gibt zwar viel zu essen, aber das Hotel liegt in einer belebten Stadt und ist sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hell und die ganze Familie hat gut geschlafen. Der Service ist auch sehr gut. Während des Wartens auf den Check-in gibt es ein Café. Kurz gesagt, es gibt sehr praktisch Essensempfehlungen rücksichtsvoll. Auch das Parken ist dank der Tiefgaragen auf mehreren Ebenen sehr praktisch.

We arrived early at around 6 AM due to the difficulty of booking train tickets during the holiday season. Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee.
Accommodation
We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit:
Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property.
RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games.
**Ratings**
Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities.
Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout.
Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days.
**Things to Consider**
It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center.
If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include:

- Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter)
- Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry)

The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car.
**Challenges We Faced**
My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available.
However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.
