This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

Der Standort liegt ein paar Blocks von oben entfernt. Das BBB-Restaurant verfügt abends über ein Café, in dem verschiedene Dinge verkauft werden. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und die Aufmerksamkeit ist wunderbar. Der Check-Out- und Check-In-Vorgang verlief sehr schnell.

位置便利方便，因為聖地亞哥機場就是個中轉大機場一定要提前定，酒店位置很方便就在T2客運大樓對面！還有寄存行李，必須入住前就寄存，入住後退房了再寄存就不能寄存了！雙床房床也挺大，我們三個人一間房，兩個人睡一張床也不擠

Das neue Hotelgebiet ist sehr sicher, der Rezeptionservice des Hotels ist auch sehr gut Die Gesundheitsumgebung ist gut, sie bietet auch eine Tragemaschine. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist relativ einfach, aber es ist wirklich gut, den Schneeberg in einem Hotel zu sehen.

Sehr gute Lage, Park, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Markt und U-Bahn. Ich bat um ein ruhiges Zimmer, sie gab mich auf die Straße von der Hintergrund, wirklich fast nicht hören Autos Lärm, als Ausgleich, wenn ich die Kellnerin durch den Korridor hörte und die Türen der anderen Zimmer, sehr schlechte akustische Isolierung.

Ich habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt, da die Gegend sicher war. Die Sternwarte war fußläufig erreichbar und die U-Bahn-Station ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück köstlich.

It's a hotel just to spend the night. Do not expect any attention from the staff, like being on your honeymoon and a bottle of champagne as a courtesy, or a nice views from Tower C.

Maintenance required for bathroom. There were hairs in the bath tub which means not clean. Bath water doesn’t go down well. Toilet clogged. Very bad experience. Reception staff is not friendly and felt like he is there sleepy or not in a mood when checking out. Courtyard next to this one is better.

Das Hotel macht besonderen Service und Pflege des Personals, sehr freundlich und sehr auf die Bedürfnisse zu achten. Besonders der Service von Lucas, der mir geholfen hat, alle, die ich über das Hotel hatte, zu klären.

J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet établissement ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin : accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et confortable, literie de qualité et ambiance calme. Le petit déjeuner inclus mérite une mention spéciale : très complet, varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais et bien présentés. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, un excellent rapport qualité-prix !
