Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und sehr sauber. Das Willkommens-Cookie 🍪 war eine nette Geste. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir genießen unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Resort besonders unsere Kinder. Wir lieben unser Zimmer, es gibt Mikrowelle und Esstisch + Stühle. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und sehr willkommen. Wasserpark ist schön und sicher gibt es viele Lebensschutz in jedem Ecke. Es gibt 2 kleine Jacuzzi, aber wir versuchen nie, Sie müssen auf Ihren Umgang warten. Sehr gute Lage, es gibt viele nahegelegene Geschäfte und Restaurants.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Freundliches Personal, spektakulärer Blick vom Zimmer mit Wasserfallblick und eine saubere Anlage. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Horrible room #210. View was a window washing stage right at window. Compressor or machine of some kind ran all night. Hotel was booked solid with competitions and other Wyndham hotel guests were there due to water problems at hotel. I booked early so should have gat a decent room. Booked for 3 nights, left after 2. Felt like the worst room in the basement!! Have been numerous time with no issues at all. Ruined my birthday weekend. Maybe because we booked through you…is that possible??

initailly out room keypad was out of battery but the staff was very friendly they assisted and provided us another room asap no wait staff was very helpful and polite perfect hotel away from tourist crowds parking is additional 15$ onsite rooms are clean and good there is no smoking or bad smell in rooms rooms with balcony have a view view shows river amd part of falls awesome hotel prices high on weekends otherwise better than big brands hotel was a piece of mind

What they say about first impressions rings true here. Our room was on the second floor in a corner, and to get there, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the many people smoking outside their rooms. And right by our door, there was a bucket of still smoldering cigarette butts. The room was okay, but not the cleanest. There were a lot of assorted hairs on the bathroom floor, and the ceiling fan had not been cleaned for years. The only window in the room had also not been cleaned in a very long time. And it was seriously lacking in amenities. There was no coffee maker, but we did manage to borrow a kettle from the front desk. The television had no channels and only had streaming services. Luckily, some previous customer left themselves logged in to Apple TV. Wayne, if you are reading this, thanks! And the breakfast were very basic - frozen waffles or toast. Next time we are in Niagara Falls area, we will definitely be looking elsewhere.

Overall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.

It was perfect the way I wanted. Additional Air Shuttle Bus as Free Service in every 30 minits was so impressive one.
