The hotel is quite run-down, and the receptionist was unpleasant. Unfortunately, on the day of check-in, I approached the bar and asked the employee for a latte. At the same time, she asked a rude man who had suddenly interrupted our conversation to wait. I ultimately declined the order because I felt the employee was arrogant, especially when she flirted with the man with her eyes and facial expression. I didn't like the fact that my room's windows were so close to those of a neighboring building, from which they could likely observe, which created a lack of peace and quiet; I constantly felt like my personal space was being violated. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the excellent breakfast, but the latte from the machine was very sweet.

Staff was really helpful and really nice.  But walls are paper thin , i could hear literally everything from my neighbours on each side and upstairs.  Couldn’t sleep at all , noise all time.  Upon calling to reception they tried to solve the solution but i guess neighbours felt ofended and kept doing it.

Der einzige negative Punkt des Hotels ist die Akustik, wir verbringen das Wochenende und hatte eine Party neben, was kein Problem ist, aber was störte war, dass wir nicht schlafen konnten, weil das Lärm, Türen und Fenster nicht isolieren das Geräusch, das von außen kommt! Das Hotel ist sehr gut, wir lieben es sehr.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff and right on the beach with its own chairs and beach umbrellas so you’ll get a good spot with access to food and drink on the beach. It is far from the city centre tho so you’ll need taxis to see the rest of the island

Hotel de fácil acesso, bem localizado, recepção muito atenciosa, atendimento excelente, quartos super limpos, café incrível, o bar nem se fala, várias opções de bebidas e drinks , vale a pena

Great communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi. The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, für den Preis bietet es gute Zimmer und guten Kaffee für den Zimmerpreis. Die Lage ist sehr gut, es liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum, mit vielen Geschäften, Apotheken, Tankstellen, Märkten und vielen anderen Dingen in der Nähe. Ich glaube, das ist kein Kritikpunkt, sondern eher eine Ergänzung zum Hotel, sie müssen ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück anbieten, es müsste bessere Kuchen geben, es müsste einen Konditor im Hotel geben oder eine gute Bäckerei oder einen Markt, der ein… Verschiedene Kuchensorten im Hotel. Hotel. Die Zimmer, in denen wir übernachteten, rochen nicht nach Schimmel, wie es in den Bewertungen hieß, und das gesamte Gebäude wurde gerade renoviert. Ich glaube also, dass sie dieses Problem bereits gelöst haben. Die Mädchen an der Rezeption waren sehr höflich, aber das Einchecken dauerte lange Ich habe dafür etwa 40 Minuten gebraucht. Ich weiß nicht, ob es an der Anlage lag, die die Verzögerung verursacht hat, der Empfang ist gemütlich, eher als konstruktive Kritik, es gab nur Süßstoff und keinen Zucker für den Kaffee und den Fernseher hätte eingeschaltet sein können, um die Wartezeit für den Check-in zu verkürzen. Kurz gesagt, das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und für den Preis und den angebotenen Service würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

I cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

I learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.
