O quarto na foto parecia ótimo, mas ao vivo foi bastante decepcionante dada a falta de uma boa manutenção (para um hotel desta categoria, numa das cidades mais importantes do Brasil). O quarto é bem distribuído, e o fato de ter um pequeno sofá é muito bom, além da água cortesia. Mas, a cabeceira da cama com o forro descascando deixa um aspecto nojento e bem ruim, a infiltração no reservado, manchas no chão do chuveiro, criado mudo lascado e com falta de limpesa( marcas de copos grudenta que tive que limpar). Bem chato e de uma certa forma frustante.

Hotel muito bom e confortável , os quartos são todos limpos e bem organizado.

Ich bedauere, Ihnen zu sagen, dass ich während dieses Ereignis, eine große Stress, Vernehmung und abschreckende Behandlung von Ihrem Front Desk Agent (DIEGO) durchgesetzt habe, dass ich nicht grausam, unmenschlich und ohne jegliche Höflichkeit oder Verständnis über meine Mission oder Anwesenheit dort war. Er sagte zum Beispiel, er sei ein Ausländer und ich bin nicht willkommen in Ihrem Hotel - weil ich dramatisch, übertrieben, illegal handele und ich verstehe nicht, wie schwierig sein Tag war und/oder warum er nicht rechtzeitig antwortete, als er erklärte, er sei überlastet oder Ohne ein richtiges System - Werkzeuge. Minute später kam er wieder zurück, ohne seine Uniform, um mich auf dem Frontbüro zu konfrontieren, wieder mit schweren Worten und einer falschen Auslegung des gesamten Szenarios. Abschließend möchte ich Ihnen sehr danken - EDUARDO, dass Sie zu jeder Zeit als Zeuge und Profi sehr freundlich waren, während er diese unvorhergesehene Ereignisse beobachtete.

Sehr schönes Hotel, guter Service, volles Frühstück, Betten und sehr komfortabele Kissen. Dusche mit hervorragendem Druck. Sie sollten die Handtücher, die sehr benutzt scheinen, aktualisieren. Der Internet-Dienst funktioniert nicht, wenn Sie das Netzwerk auswählen, sollten Sie zum Fenster, in dem Sie Ihre Gästedaten eingeben, führen. Das war nicht der Grund, warum ich die 5G benutzt habe.

Um ótimo hotel, apesar de alguns ”senões”. O primeiro e mais relevante é o fato de o hotel não disponibilizar estacionamento gratuito para os hóspedes. Isso é realmente lamentável. Entendo que um hotel dessa categoria não necessite auferir seus lucros com um estacionamento terceirizado. Outro aspecto que não me agradou foi o fato de o café da manhã não oferecer suco de laranja natural. Tentei por duas vezes o de abacaxi com hortelã e estava absolutamente insosso. A cobertura interna (uns tecidos presos pelas pontas) da parte do restaurante com telhado de vidro ou acrílico estava suja e mal presa em vários pontos. No box, no banheiro do quarto, sinais de mofo no rejunte dos azulejos contrastaram com a excelente qualidade dos produtos de higiene oferecidos. Outro ponto bastante favorável foi o fato de os pedidos feitos junto à equipe de reservas relativamente às acomodações terem sido atendidos na íntegra, em especial, um simpático e delicioso bolo de aniversário colocado em nossa suíte em função de ser aniversário da minha esposa no dia em que chegamos. Enfim, os detalhes que apontei como oportunidades de melhoria não macularam a boa experiência que tivemos. Todavia, é preciso ter em mente que, ao se aproximar da excelência, a expectativa e o nível de exigência dos hóspedes também se elevam, sendo necessário à Gerência redobrar a atenção aos detalhes que podem ser resolvidos com um mínimo de atenção à manutenção básica e às expectativas dos Clientes. As I have posted here, Renaissance Hotel has been the best choice for staying in São Paulo. The main reason is the service offered for their extraordinary staff. This time, carnival 2023, even after the pandemic of covid, it was not diferent. Since check-in our experience has been the best. The breakfast remains with the same quality and variety. I cant leave to mention the concierge servisse: Jade gave us all attention and assistance posible, always smiling...She gets to antecipate our requirements. We were surprised with a great caress: a cold cuts and cheese plater followed a malbec wine, serviced at the bedroom, for celebrating our wedding anniversary. The Gym is one the most completed We have been, where Marcelo goes to great lengths to be pleasant. There were just some little disturbs provocated by other guests located at the same level, but the staff managed in good manners. In our last night, there was a great performance by a pianist called Francis, at the lobby, closing with gold key our wondeful moments/time.

O hotel é excelente, café da manhã muito bom, quarto espaçoso com mini cozinha, muito aconchegante. Amei o blackout, o quarto fica muito escuro. O único inconveniente é o barulho do motor do ar condicionado. Voltarei com certeza em outra oportunidade.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sicheren Straße, in der Nähe von Paulista, Apotheken und Cafés. Die Appetit ist groß, verfügt über einen Vorschlafzimmer, eine kleine Küche: Induktionsschlauch, einige Teebeutel und ein geliefertes Kühlschrank; das Badezimmer verfügt über amenities. Das Frühstück ist gut serviert, ich beantragte ein Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant und war gut serviert und sehr gut. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Pool und eine kleine Akademie. Herzliche und freundliche Beamte. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Quanto de solteiro com 2 camas de casal, ótimo! Uma ducha fantástica , conforto . Ponto negativo do quarto : muito apertado , porta do banheiro não fechava , não há nenhuma entrada de ar no banheiro e no quarto . São janelões de vidro fixos. Sensação claustrofóbica. Café bom , mas serviço de omelete e semelhantes muito ruinzinho . Eles não sabem o que é OMELETE . Estranho para o nível do hotel . Academia : tem frutas , água, toalhas e tv enorme . Muito boa ! Recepção e pessoal do restaurante bem treinados e solícitos . Boa localização , recomendo .

Ausgezeichnete Aufenthalt! Veganer oder Menschen mit Ernährungsbeschränkungen! Ich empfehle!! Selbst in dieser Pandemie und mit wenigen Gästen, Küche funktioniert sogar nachts.Sehr nett Beamte; der Küchenbedienstete bereitet Ihr Gericht entsprechend der Anfrage (mit dem gewünschten Wetter, veganisches Gericht, Tapioka, Fleischfreies Gemüsesuppe, etc.). Einer der seltenen Hotels mit Tapioca (Option für eine Diät mit weniger Weizenmehl). Unbedenkliche Reinigung. Sehr ruhige Zimmer (Mittel für sehr ruhige Wohngebiete) und Fenster mit ausgezeichneter akustische Isolierung und sicher für Kinder einschließlich (öffnen weniger als 30 cm). Gutes WLAN, tolle Dusche. Frühstück im Zimmer während der Pandemie serviert, ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Gutes Bett. Die Kühlschrank ist so ruhig, dass ich dachte, es war aus! Für jene, die für Schweigen, Komfort und Ernährung preisgeben, ist das beste Hotel in diesem Niveau! Kardap mit guten Preisen. Anmerkung 10! Ich habe im vergangenen Jahr schon gehostet und die Qualität war die gleiche! Die Aussicht auf den Aufzug ist sehr schön! Für alles empfehle ich sehr!
