We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

Quartos bastante pequenos . Boa localização. Bom atendimento

Hostel ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Großes Frühstück inbegriffen! Einfach zu treffen mit anderen Reisenden und Hangout! Ich habe einige Freunde gemacht, während ich hier war und mit ihnen Abenteuer gemacht. Der Empfangsmann Lucas und der Besitzer Wilson sind sehr nett und nett! Große Lage, nahezu alles. Ich blieb hier vor etwa 2 Monaten und kam wieder zurück, um hier wieder zu bleiben, während ich einige Freunde besuchte! Es hat sich mehr als ein kleines Haus/Familie gefühlt! 100% empfohlen!

Das Zimmer wurde nicht von einem Tag zu einem anderen geräumt. Außerdem fand ich ein wenig laut, weil es eine Freizeit im Glas, was die Straße relativ hoch in dem Zimmer machte. Überhaupt ist es ein ziemlich gutes Hotel.

酒店由於靠近公路，而我都房間又剛好在靠近公路的一側，因此外面對噪音非常大，影響到正常休息。酒店環境丶條件一般，，吹風機也不能用，衹能滿足基本的住宿要求，更重要的是1000多一晚的酒店沒有享受到任何服務，下次我或許不會選擇再來
