Die Funktionalität und der Komfort der Zimmer sind dank der Sorgfalt des Betreibers spürbar. Das Innendesign verbindet perfekt klassische und moderne Elemente. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und exquisit, und die Qualität des Obstes war besonders herausragend. Ich hatte immer hohe Erwartungen an die Marke Capella, und dieses in Sydney hat mich nicht enttäuscht, wodurch ich einen besseren Eindruck von dieser Marke bekommen habe.

After checking out of another hotel in our trip earlier than we intended to, we just wanted to transfer and get some rest after a long trip. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations and turned what was already a special holiday into an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself was magnificent—beautiful facilities, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service from the entire team. Every interaction reflected a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly memorable experience.

The service was quite inconsistent, one staff member was friendly and helpful, while another was VERY unfriendly. The room was clean though. They can also arrange a shuttle bus from the hotel to Sydney Airport for $10 per person.

Das Zimmer war recht neu, die Lage direkt in Chinatown war großartig, sodass man bequem überall hinkam, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich und der Preis war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels im Stadtzentrum viel günstiger!

We had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!

Perfect stay in the heart of Burwood! The location can’t be beaten—walking distance to Westfield Mall, Burwood Park, and countless Asian eateries. The guesthouse has a charming historic vibe with polished wooden floors, plus modern perks like free WiFi and a coin-operated laundry. The host was super friendly and helped us store luggage after check-out.
