Hotels in der Nähe von Brauerei Boags, Launceston

Second stay at Nightcap Riverside. Price point was my main motivation, I paid $130 for the night. Rooms are very comfortable, clean, well equiped, well heated .Renovated. Bed was very comfortable, black out blinds good. Hotel internet signal strong and good speeds. Location is about 5 kms north of the CBD, need a car.  a 20 minute drive from the airport. Meals at the Riverside Tavern next door typical pub meals, large servings and reasonable quality. A small convenience store just across the road, a Woolworths supermarket about a 3 minute drive away. Some noise from the highway nearby, but quiet during the night. Fair bit of noise early ( circa 6 am on ) as early morning workers driving past, and quite a few “ tradies “ stay at Nightcap Riverside and start early. Didn’t bother me as I rise early also, but don’t expect a sleep in.  Overall, very good value for the price point.

Das Hotel ist bequem und Parken kann direkt am Torweg parken. Das gesamte Gebäude wird gut gepflegt und die Geschichte des Gebäudes wird im Portal mit einem Foto über das Gebäude beschrieben. Es kann sich als sehr konzipiert empfinden, das Gebäude zu erhalten. Das Zimmer enthält Frühstück und der Gastgeber ist sehr enthusiastisch.

Das Gorge Deluxe Zimmer bietet eine herrliche Erfahrung. Sehr sauber und geräumig mit schöner Aussicht auf den Fluss und die Hügel in der Nähe.  Viele Wanderwege in der Nähe, die ideal für diejenigen, die nach einem guten Spaziergang suchen.  Für Hundliebhaber ist der Walking Archie (der Silohund) auch ein toller Add-on! Erstmals für uns, einen Hund zu Fuß in einem Hotel 5-star.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, great location as well. However the room feels very stuffy, the balcony is locked only a small window is left open and the screen window is incredibly dusty, I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Also the housekeeping is very unprofessional, she came straight in without even knocking the door around 9am while we are still sleeping, just saying hello when unlocking the door. Unhappy about that.

Der Flughafen Lanceston nimmt den Wagen und ist um 12 Uhr in der Nähe des Hotels. Der Parkplatz ist sehr bequem, die kleinen Schüsseln nehmen Sie sich ab, der Aufenthalt ist sehr schwach, die Landschaft außerhalb des Fensters ist auch gut.

Good hotel and Good location, not far from the city center and the location is near to the river and many famous restuarant. easy to go and findthe best.

The setting is nice, but the house is a bit dated and is said to have been a monastery in the past. The staff is warm and friendly and will recommend restaurants and places to visit in the neighborhood if needed.

Stayed the night to watch The Hawks and needed somewhere cheap and cheerful. The room was small and basic but had everything you need for a stopover, fridge, kettle, microwave etc. The heater we had in our room didn't work but the staff were absolute legends in ensuring they found us one, so we were certainly cosy and warm 😁 we didn't eat a meal but did take some garlic bread away, which was yummy! Would stay again next time, thanks guys 😊

This accomodation is motel-style. The family room was spacious, with a small kitchen/dining area and equipped with basic stuff such as fridge, kettle, microwave oven and plates/cutlery/glasses. Note that you cannot cook. Sink is a bit small to wash the dishes. Short drive from cataract gorge, 2mn drive from supermarket. Very convenient.
