I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Besten Hotel, das wir im Kaukasus verblieben! Zimmergröße war groß. Liebte den professionellen Service vom Vorderbüro, sehr saubere Zimmer, erstaunliches Frühstück und nach 2 Tagen Frühstück im Hotel, die sehr aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksbereich sogar meinen Nachnamen! Das war eine angenehme Überraschung! Ich habe hier jede Minute genossen und war traurig zu verlassen. Wir werden sicher empfehlen, alle zu bleiben!!!

Hotel stay was very nice and the room was very large and clean

Ausgezeichnete Lage des Hotels, Fußweg zum Republikplatz. Sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück ist vor allem Preis. erlaubt das Hotel für eine Stunde später zu verlassen. Das Zimmer ist sauber, ruhig, komfortabel Matratzen. 24-hour Restaurant und Rumservice. Keine Nacht Hunger)

Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan ist eine sehr gute Option innerhalb seines Segments, vor allem wenn Sie frische, neu geöffnete Hotels schätzen. Das Hotel hat erst kürzlich geöffnet, und Sie können wirklich fühlen, es alles ist absolut neu, sauber, und frisch, von den Zimmern bis zu den gemeinsamen Bereichen. Die Zimmer fühlen sich modern, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Die Lage kann je nach dem, was Sie suchen, etwas diskutabel sein. Es ist immer noch sehr zentraler und in der Nähe von Fußgängern von grundsätzlich jedem wichtigen Punkt in der Stadt, aber vielleicht etwas weiter von den Haupt-Wander- und Freizeitbereichen im Vergleich zu einigen anderen zentralen Hotels. Das heißt, das ist Yerevan “weit” hier bedeutet rund um einen 10-minute Spaziergang, so ist es alles sehr relativ. Was wirklich herausgekommen war das Personal und der Service. Jeder war sehr willkommen, aufmerksam und wirklich bereit, Gäste in allen möglichen Weisen zu beherbergen. Sie versuchen wirklich zu helfen und den Aufenthalt komfortabel zu machen. Insgesamt würde ich einen sehr angenehmen Eindruck und ein Hotel, das ich sicherlich noch einmal überlegen würde.

Прекрасный небольшой уютный отель в центре города находится в шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей. Расположен во дворе, и поэтому не слышно шума улиц. Номер просторный светлый. Имеется все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Полноценный завтрак был включен в стоимость. Вежливый приветливый персонал хорошо говорят на русском и английском. Имеется свой закрытый маленький дворик со столиками. Зимой им не пользовались, но летом очень приятно провести здесь время, попить чай или позавтракать в тени деревьев.

Don’t be misled by the high ranking point of this place. The only thing it deserves 10 out of 10 is people who work there. The helped us to get to the third floor with luggage. And yes the hotel is on the third floor and only stairs! The bed is not professional hotel bed, the mattress is soft and has waves in it, so you have to choose the right position of you body to catch the straight part, the pillows are very cheap and extremely soft, the don’t hold your head at all. You can feel the sweat smell mixed with other people perfume through the pillowcase. It’s disgusting. The whole building and the room in particular have very strong smell of smoking. I assume people smoked there for many years and stopped in nearest past, so the smell is really strong. In my country it is prohibited to smoke in public places for many years now and I completely forgot that unpleasant smell. And the noise, it is so loud, as if you sleep right in the street. Cars, bikes, music, people laughing, so loud. All in all it is place to stay when you drive for a long time and stopped in some cheap motel by the road when you are unable to drive any longer. Not suitable for stay in city, even if it is one night stay. Unless you’re ok with all the things above.

Das Hotel liegt nicht im Zentrum, aber es ist leicht mit dem Bus 26 oder dem Yandex-Taxi für 150-200 Rubel dorthin zu gelangen (Zahlung in der App mit jeder Karte). Das Zimmer ist groß, neu und sauber. Alles ist. Das Einzige, was fehlt, ist die lokale Beleuchtung für mehr Komfort und der Ausblick aus dem Fenster der Deponie. Das Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool ist noch nicht fertiggestellt (im Bild).

Gute Lage.. schöne Einrichtungen.. sauber gehalten.. Das Problem, mit dem ich konfrontiert war, war.. der nächste Buck-Bett-Hochbett-Kerl beschwerte sich über die Verpackung meiner Taschen um 10 Uhr morgens.. dass ich seine Schlafstörung störe.. Obligatorische Hausregeln sollten Personen im Schlafstil enthalten MÜSSEN NICHT normalen Aktivitäten während der normalen Tageszeiten zu beantworten. Wenn man um 10 Uhr morgens schlafen will und niemand sollte etwas tun, während dieser Kerl schläft, sollte er entweder in ein Einzelzimmer Hotel gehen oder die Ohrringe und schlafen den ganzen Tag.. niemand würde nie zu essen

Отель соответствует заявленной цене проживания, но не соответствует заявленному количеству звезд. Впечатление хорошее, но отсутствие чайных ложек на завтраке создает некоторое неудобство.
