Das Hotel ist wunderbar! Vom Flughafen aus bin ich in 15 Minuten zu Fuß dort angekommen! Draußen gibt es einen Swimmingpool. Alles ist sauber und lecker!

Tolles Hotel, sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer. Der Pool ist auch gut, leider nur indoor.

Ich habe hier wegen einer Ausstellung übernachtet, und das Hotel lag ganz in der Nähe des Messegeländes. Auch eine Einkaufsstraße ist nicht weit entfernt, sodass man bequem essen gehen kann. Das Frühstück im Hotel war reichhaltig, und die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Bei meinen Erfahrungen in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten zwischen Schardscha und Dubai sprachen die Leute sicherlich über Dubai und ein teures Luxushotel in der Nähe des Strandes und der Innenstadt, aber aufgrund meines Vergleichs mit guten Einrichtungen, in der Nähe des Strandes und dem Luxusstatus bleibe ich lieber hier, glauben Sie mir, ich bleibe hier Wenn Sie einen Ausflug in die Innenstadt von Dubai machen möchten, können Sie in diesem Hotel alles bekommen. Nehmen Sie einfach ein Regierungstaxi für ca. 80-90 AED. Glauben Sie mir, dieses Hotel bietet Ihnen alles, was Sie wollen

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

The location is good - opposite the Sahara shopping centre and just pass through it to enter Dubai and Cana aplenty. Staff are lovely and helpful The quality of the breakfast is very poor. I raised a complaint about this and ww wouldn’t have taken inclusive breakfast if we knew. Valet parking works well.  2 bedroom flats are spacious. Gym is good but they need to sort lifts to the gym. Don’t get to use sauna or pool.

Es ist ein etwas älteres Hotel, liegt aber in der Nähe des Sharjah Exhibition Centre. Der Service war ausgezeichnet; das Kingsize-Bett wurde sofort und ohne Aufpreis in ein Einzelbett umgewandelt.

Dies war nicht mein erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und ich schätze die hervorragende Lage, das Essen und den Service weiterhin sehr. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung hielt mein Zimmer sehr sauber. Einziges kleines Manko: Das Zimmer war aufgrund des Fensters zum Nachbargebäude etwas dunkel. Vielleicht könnte eine hellere Beleuchtung im Zimmer die Atmosphäre verbessern. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Der Ort liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens Sharjah, uns wurde jedoch gesagt, dass wir nicht zu Fuß gehen sollten (das sei nicht erlaubt und könne mit einer Geldstrafe geahndet werden) und wir nahmen ein Taxi, was weitere 30 AED kostete.
