Insects are every where. I told them but no action . I spreader baby powder and hotel asked me to clean up otherwise I will be charged additional fee . So I vacuum the room myself. I told them again to make a note that insects are everywhere and I also show them but still no action

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by the nice lady at the front desk. When I walked in the front door it smelled clean and looked very tidy. The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I'm every in the area I would certainly stay here.

The hotel staff were so kind and friendly all of them, breakfast staff, front desk and house keeping.

Room was clean but very shabby and run down. NOT a good value for the money! Creepy people hanging outside smoking most of the evening. Did not feel safe and the charge for this type of service is WAY OVERPRICED!

The place is much more appealing when you go inside as it has been remodeled. The only issues were the morning desk clerk not letting me use the microwave. (Just microwave it for me) The fitness room was not accessible.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will recommend it to family and friends.

Currently being renovated nicely! No empower at all from the construction. Everything was neat clean and NEW. Breakfast was included & amazing for the price. Staff was kind and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful which makes a big difference in my perception of the property. The lobby was under construction but the other common areas, like the meeting room where they had to serve breakfast because of the lobby construction and the hallways, were well kept. I liked that there was a small refrigerator with separate freezer and a microwave in my room. The room was a good size and the bed was clean and comfortable. I very much liked that the door to the rooms were soft close doors because you don’t hear doors slamming from other guests. Here come the negatives—The room was older and the biggest problem was that the heater was old and very loud. The bathroom switchplate was also dirty and the deadbolt on the room door did not work. All in all, given the quality of the staff and the price we paid for the room, it was a positive experience.

Breakfast bar was excellent. Delicious food, clearly marked and displayed.
