I was lucky enough to bid on this hotel in a silent auction for charity. I had no idea what to expect, and we were pleasantly surprised. Initially, I made the reservation with Angel, the manager. What a peach! Even though I got her voicemail at first, she promptly returned my call to secure the reservation. This hotel has modern decor, a wonderful breakfast and the pool deck was clean and delightful. We will definitely be back, except next time for a poolside walk out room.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the event I was attending. The hotel is very nice! The brunch in the restaurant was great! Several restaurants and a park with a few steps of the hotel. Beds were comfy. The downfall was the AC wasn’t working right in our room. It was 77 when we checked in the afternoon and when coming back from our event it was still 77. The front desk couldn’t switch our room because she could t log into the computers. It was 11pm and the maintenance person had gone home. When I checked out the next morning, I was given an I’m sorry but this is an old hotel and the ac units freeze sometimes because guests turn them down to low. Hmmm, it has been remodeled and it is summer in Florida. I was told I would receive 10,000 points to my Hilton account for the inconvenience. Lack of sleep because the room was hot and the fact that the room was 45,000 points to reserve is not right. At least half the points would have made it somewhat of a better experience. Sweating instead of sleeping in not why I choose to stay there! Would I stay there again? Only if the room was a decent temp when I checked in otherwise, no!

All Best Westerns are nice, but this Best Western is clean and comfortable. It’s in a fairly quiet location. Breakfast is good, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, juice, coffee. The lady at the front desk, Verniece, was just so pleasant to talk to. And explained everything in detail.

Ich besuchte die Townplace Suites in Lakeland im Februar. Eine gute Lage wrt I-4. Das Frühstück war angesichts der COVID-Vorsichtsmaßnahmen vernünftig gut. Das Internet funktionierte gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war komfortabel. Brittany war bei der Kontrolle herausragend und erinnerte mich jedes Mal, wenn ich durch die Lobby ging. Sie ist sehr professionell, persönlich und ein Kredit für Marriott. KrispyKreme in der Nähe. Ein Plus für mich!!

Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich und der Kettenbetrieb ist kostengünstig, hauptsächlich weil der Preis relativ günstig ist, das Bett sauber und bequem ist und das Frühstück ziemlich voll sein kann. Das Bett ist so bequem
