Nice for a 2-4 night stay. The lady that checked us in was amazing, very polite and also washed our comforter for us after we spilled something on it so that we'd have it back before bed.

Great hotel which is our 'go to' whenever visiting the area. Great spacious rooms, with the convenience of a kitchenette. The ameities are great, useful laundry, proper coffee all day, and a nice pool area.
Comfortable bed and great pillows.

Killed a roach in the bathroom the very first night. Very noisy also, slamming doors and people stomping around on the 2nd floor, etc.

The curtains were stained like they were soaked in sewage water, the lamps were rusty, the ceiling had water stains, the shower was old and slow to drain and the towels were stained. But I didn't get bed bugs.

The staff members were very friendly and responsive, particularly at the front desk. The problems were all due to the lack of cleanliness and poor condition of the room. The tables and chairs needed another wipe down to get stuff that was caked on from previous guests. Also the shower was in disrepair, the entire bathroom flooded when using the shower. Small ants all over the walls of the bathroom. We were supposed to have 2 double beds per the reservation, but ended up with a queen suite and pull out bed. And there was no way any of us could sleep on that pull out bed it was so filthy. For the price we paid, we expected something better. We were only there for 1 night, so just kept the room we were given, but it was one of the worst rooms we’ve had at that price point. At least the pet fee was not bad.

Candlewood Suites are actually set up like a small apartment. Nice kitchen with all appliances and even dishes and silverware. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and there are a ton of places to eat nearby. The only small negative is the hotel is just off I-4 so you do hear traffic so if you're a light sleeper, it might be an issue. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Candlewood.

They accused me of smoking and charged a cleaning fee altough I never smoked in my life. Terrible place!

I did not check in. I had to cancel due to change in plans. Missed the 72 hour advance notice to cancel without penalty so paying for a room I never used.

The building could use some love but the location is great. The staff is so helpful and courteous that they make the hotel that much better.
