Der Preis ist hoch, der Service ist sehr gut und es wird Wachpersonal geben, wenn Sie ausgehen. Im ersten Stock gibt es chinesisches Fast Food, das für 10 Dollar für eine Person geeignet ist

The hotel needs renovation. Their heating system in room was high and there is no cold air at all. The room temperature was quite high.

Great location, they have an amazing service - checkin was really smooth and within few mins . Only thing bad is while sitting in a cab after checking out h there were about 20 staff who came from nowhere to ask for tips - find it odd

I don't recommend to anyone to stay there they charged too much money but services as compared to low price hotels such as four points far away.

Poor room condition. Smelly room toilet with too old and dirty comode. Pungent smell was coming throughout our night stay. I called thrice to the hotel management to replace my room but they were super busy in there work so they just ignored my requests. Never recommend anyone to stay there in future.

Despite the design of the hotel are good, with many different choices of restaurants but I need to complain the counter staffs' service. Moving slow and face look cold, not active nor friendly, suggest to have some training to enhance their attitude and procedure. I visit twice but each time we took long time when check-in. Otherwise the room and facilities are okay. Not very recommended until they could improve service quality and staffs attitude.
