never disappoint at Hyatt regency but little old our room. very nice trip in Maui.

Overall, it was ok. Pool&gym are 24h, and the room condition was ok(they are renovated). But breakfast was pretty awful, quality and variety wise. I probably won't go back.

너무 좋아요. 최고의 호텔. 넓고 수영장, 산책로 도 잘되어있어요. 스파는 예약해야 하고, 동물도 많고… 재밋었어요. 호텔안에서도 하루종일 여유있게 놀 수 있겠더라고요. 아울렛 웨일러스 빌리지도 가까워요. 이래저래 최고인듯 합니다.

房間乾淨，resort裏吃的也很不錯

지금까지 지냈던 호텔 중에 가장 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 시설은 여유로와서 지상 천국이 있다면 여기가 아닐까 싶었어요.

신혼여행으로 다녀왔습니다 위치는 공항에서 한시간 정도 걸렸고 경치가 너무 좋았네요 가격이 비쌌지만 수영장과 경치만으로 돈값은 하는것 같아요 조식은 너무 양식위주라 저는 별로였어요

Construction Zone jack hammering at pool area for five days during stay. Unable to relax at property, had to leave property to enjoy vacation . Staff no help, no heads up of construction, told to go next property to use facility and pool area. Food pool was poor quality, poor service with attitude. Only ones would help was the valet parking staff!!! Avoid this hotel from hell!!!

The property currently houses approximately 400 displaced Lahaina fire victims. You don’t find out about it until after you check in and they don’t tell you anything unless you ask. There is no break in rates and they actually charge you top dollar and say it is because they are fully booked. Only true because half of the hotel is housing fire victims probably paying nothing. Steer clear of this hotel until the fire relief issue is resolved or until paying customers receive something for this inconvenience. Does not have the feel of a 5 star resort while this is going on.

Fabulous Hyatt. The grounds, rooms and interior areas were spotlessly clean. ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked the penguins and all the parrots and other birds that were so well taken care of at this Hyatt. Rob at the bar down by the pool made the best drinks and was very personable to everyone, he is the perfect bartender. We just had such a fabulous stay and it made us proud to say we are Hyatt members. Thank you so very much for such a memorable stay. The grounds and landscaping surrounded resort is just so beautiful.

Outdated hotel. For $800 a night average experience. Cheep scratchy loud uncomfortable bed sheets. Eggs at breakfast are synthetic and terrible. Must be powered eggs. Just horrible. Staff was nice overall. Jepengo the restaurant was great. Steakhouse decent.

This hotel had a lot of displaced residents in it still which is fine but you definitely don’t receive the same 4-star experience. Our room was dirty

We loved everything about the Hyatt. Swans, Parrots, Birds and Penguins. Saw a whale Breach fromour balcony. All the staff were very helpful. Highly recommend
