Has a great stay and will be back. The hotel is conveniently situated on top of the shopping mall and next to train station. Parking is just in b1 and the hotel will give you discount when parking in b1 which cost only 1.000 yen for overnight parking. The room is nice and super comfy to stay. The staffs are all so attentive and friendly.

Wir haben ein vier Schlafzimmer reserviert. Die Layouts sind gezielt mit separaten Toiletten und Reinigungsbereichen für die Familie konzipiert. Zimmer ist sauber und neu. The Triple Room was too small to accommodate 3 adults. Insufficient space to place 2 big luggages in the room and even harder to open the luggage.
The receptionists were not so friendly however the amenities are more than enough with self-service at the Lobby. All kind of FOC hot and cold drinks are available at the common space canteen too. Location-wise is good as all the restaurants and Pharmacies are just walking distance away.

The stay was very comfortable and everything was great. The room was clean and convenient for a solo traveler like myself and I got some good rest. It was easy to access with trams passing in front of the hotel. I would stay again when visiting Kumamoto!

Es liegt etwa 25 Autominuten vom Zentrum von Kumamoto entfernt, aber wenn es spät wird, werden die Straßen dunkler, daher ist es besser, früh einzuchecken, wenn Sie Zeit haben.
In einem traditionellen Thermalhotel sind die Lobby und die Zimmer sehr geräumig, aber der Designstil ist altmodisch. Für die wichtigste Stromversorgung gibt es nur wenige Plätze, daher muss die Lampe entfernt werden, um sie zu nutzen;
Diesmal habe ich in einem speziellen Doppelzimmer im Obergeschoss übernachtet. Es war so groß. Das Sofa war in der Mitte platziert und es gab viel Bewegungsfreiheit;
Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr groß, mit einer runden Badewanne und heißem Quellwasser zum Baden;

Um zum Thermalbad des Hotels zu gelangen, muss man zuerst durch die Lobby gehen und dann auf die andere Seite gehen. Ich frage mich, ob es zu spät ist. Nachdem Sie hineingegangen sind und sich abgespült haben, sind alle anderen mit dem Einweichen fertig, sodass Sie es genießen können das Bad allein. Das stimmt!
Das Bad ist bis 12 Uhr geöffnet.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, das Gemüse und Obst ist frisch und die Kellner sind nett und freundlich.

SSooIch habe kürzlich in einem super neuen Hotel in Kumamoto geblieben, und es hat wirklich meine Erwartungen überschritten. Die Lage ist fantastischrecht im Herzen der Stadt, so dass es unglaublich bequem für sowohl Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch Einkaufen. Das Hotel ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den reichlich geöffneten Einkaufsbereichen entfernt, so dass es einfach ist, lokale Boutiquen, Malls und Cafés zu erkunden. Darüber hinaus ist das berühmte Tonkatsu Restaurant nur um die Ecke, was ein großer Highlight meines Aufenthalts war. Wenn Sie ein Fan dieser ikonischen japanischen Gerichte sind, werden Sie lieben, wie nah es ist!
Einer der besten Merkmale dieses Hotels ist die Parkplätze. Es ist leicht zu erreichen und sehr bequem, vor allem in einer besetzten Stadt wie Kumamoto, wo Parkplätze ein Problem sein können. VVictorliDie Lage ist absolut fantastisch. Es liegt ganz oben im Einkaufszentrum und die Straßenhändler sind gegenüber. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen Supermarkt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und die meisten Dinge sind in Ordnung. Natürlich ist es nicht groß, aber groß genug für ein Paar, um ein paar Nächte zu bleiben.

PPatrickHotel is conveniently located near Sakura Machi main bus terminal which is less than 5 mins walk and also very near to Karashimacho tram station.
Room is clean and I knew about the room size before I made the reservation so hv no qualms about it. Recommended to try Katsuretsu Tei fried pork restaurant which only 3 mins walk from the hotel & prepare to queue.
The Kumamoto Castle is also quite near from the main bus terminal.

DDenimBlueA lovely little hotel just a few minutes’ walk from the Sakuramachi bus station. Very convenient for getting to the Aso volcano by high speed bus. The station is inside a big mall and you can do most of your shopping there too.
The hotel itself was comfy, and I got to do my laundry there which was ace.

TTraveller CI stayed at this hotel twice. The second time (this booking) we had a room on the older (?) wing and it was almost twice the size of the first one. So for this review I will only share feedback on this “older” room.
This room was big and thus good for us as we had 2 large luggage and more space in the room allowed us to open and pack our luggages with ease.
The bathroom was large with the large traditional bathtub. Toilet had bidet and etc but lacked heating which made it very cold in the winter. Basin tap was still the old turn types which was not eco friendly as it’s more difficult to shut it off.
Location was just opposite the train station which was excellent. But the nearest convenience store is also only at the train station which is about a 5-7mins walk away.
Breakfast was curated to suit the Japanese palette more and ends at 9a.m which is really way too early!!
We left something behind in the hotel but they managed to send the item back to us at our new hotel (still in Japan) which was highly appreciated.
Despite a few minor shortcomings listed above, the pros still outweigh the cons and I’ll definitely be happy to stay here again.

GGastnutzerLocation is great for travellers with car like us, the room is clean and well facilitated with washing machine and kitchen. The bathroom is also come with a multi functional ventilation, you can hang your laundry with the drying mode on and they will be dried in few hours, that’s super nice.
There is a 7-11 convenient store close by and couple of car parks available.

RRomanI think it was the biggest disappointment so far. The hotel is fine if you stay for one night. But more — I doubt it. For example, it is mandatory to leave at 10:00 even if you stay for more than one night. You can pay 1500 yen, but it literally gives you nothing. You can’t use sauna and sento. You received no additional service or amenities. Even sleeping is hard — the staff changes sheets. Next, people actually live in this capsule hotel. It means they get up very early, loud, alarm clocks, etc. Finally, the locker room is super tiny. There is little space. No benches. Definitely will not stay again.
Good sides — the staff is polite, and you can store your luggage at the counter. Actually, you must, but people still carry their luggage upstairs.
