Close to airport but far away from city centre. Airport shuttle available but not necessary as hailing services are aplenty and prompt. Has a kids water park within the hotel

The staff working at night was really helpful and i really appreciated it. He helped us to change the dirt blanket due to my nephew vomiting on the blanket.

location of the hotel is outside the city center. Difficult for those who don’t have a car. However, it is easy to get a grab. Just wait for 5 minutes to get a grab. The breakfast is super good. Stayed there for 3 days, and the main dishes is changers every day. Nice and cosy place. During the stay, need to check in at the temporary office because under construction. The room is big but need to improve the condition of the room. Overall, if you intend for relaxing, this is the place.

Everything is ok until there is leaking from the aircond. Already report to the room attendent & the receptionist about the condition. Hopes they will fix it asap

Everything was good. Hotel was very clean & have big space, suitable for family. The swimming pool also awesome & beautiful😍 Staff also have good manner & friendly. Surely will repeat for next trip!
