Nice place,feel calm when u stay here, the residence very clean and beautiful,the staff are very helpfull & friendly,so big for the unit of 3 bedroom,like stay at home,all amenities its complete👍👍i give 5 star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's a new building, with amazing amenities and build quality. The bed was extremely comfortable, while the gym and pool are excellent. The washer works as intended and the water pressure was more than adequate. Since there's so many eateries around we did not use the kitchen at all. Free parking is a much welcome added bonus that any other properties in the area offer. However, our stay had some hiccoughs that made it far from perfect: - the fridge is noisy (being in a studio unit there is no separating wall to insulate) - we were unpleasantly surprised at 6:30am by a very loud humming noise, which I attributed could be from the central HVAC system. This noise was so loud that echoed throughout the entire hallway and I experienced dizziness and tinnitus shortly after, having shortened my intended rest by a few hours. After peaceful silence during night time, the situation repeated itself the following morning. When I questioned the staff about it, the young lady at reception was clueless, asked me if it was maintenance, and that they would ”check”. Another issue is the deposit at check-in. At checkout and upon confirming everything is fine with the room, ”per policy” the deposit charge is to be refunded at a later time, which I find unacceptable, as any other place immediately returns it at checkout. I had to convince the staff to reluctantly process the refund on the POS machine.

Most convenience, mall just 3mins walking distance. Easy access to main federal and highway. Suites very clean with all ready to use kitchenware & tools. Washing machine. Hassle free.

guter männlicher Mitarbeiter beim Einchecken und er sagte, ich bekäme ein kostenloses Upgrade von Queensize auf Kingsize... alles gut, bekam ein ruhiges Zimmer wie über trip.com angefragt, viele Annehmlichkeiten... nur die Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden... Schwimmbad ist nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet, 1,20 m tief... ich würde gern ein Bild teilen, das meine Tochter gemalt hat, um zu zeigen, wie sehr sie das Hotel liebt. Vielleicht kommt sie in Zukunft wieder vorbei...

komfortqvle schön sauber und so einfach zu gehen in die Stadt

Wir kamen zum Hotel um 1.35pm. Das Front Desk-Personal erlaubte uns früher zu überprüfen. Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Pool am oberen Stockwerk ist sehr schön. Ich werde sicher wieder sein. Die Mitarbeiter hier sehr freundlich. 10/10.
