This is my 5th time here. Definitely the good decision to stay here. Close to KLCC. Clean apartment,easy to check in. Very nice environment. Easy access to the hotplace in Kuala Lumpur city. Will repeat again.

**Pros:** 1. This place is highly rated in reviews. 2. The reception staff or agent is very responsive. **Cons:** 1. On our first day, the pinned location was incorrect, but it was actually very close. I initially thought I had booked the correct location, but it turned out to be misleading. 2. In my opinion, it's expensive compared to other hotels closer to PT. 3. Their kitchen utensils are old and perform poorly. The spoons are so thin that they’re uncomfortable to use. Although the booking was for six people, there were only enough dishes and glasses/mug for two, there’s 4 “expresso” cups though very tiny unlike the apartment we first booked. 4. The swimming pool is always crowded. 5. Their washing machine has a dryer function that doesn't work. It just spins the clothes, so we had to find a laundry service outside. Overall rating is acceptable if you’re here to sleep and go but for us is a no-no because we most likely staying indoors. Price isn’t reasonable.

The house very spacious even i took one bedroom only. Suitable for families who had kids because they can leisure around in that house freely. The concept was modern and new. Reasonable prices. There’s so many people from other country staying there. Cutlery, microwave, big refrigerator, wash and dry washing machine also being prepared. The air conditioner provided was extremely cool. There were three in the house. It’s one of our precious moment staying there. Hopefully we can repeat it again next time due to hotel’s price quit high. Owh they will ask RM200 as a deposit. No need to worry its refundable. Just need to be prepare. Sorry, i took videos. Not have much photos.

Good option for business travellers, good location and good room

Great stay, thanks! The suit is very big, clean, well equipped. Everything workable. Staff was welcomed. Check in and out were fast. Great view from swimming pool on 51 floor. Cons - supermarkets and public transport are far.

其他都很好的，就是找不到拖鞋，到了大廳，打攜程裏面房東電話，一會帥哥就下來check in 了，必須説英語哦，如果英語不好，就把check in 這兩個單詞記住，51樓的游泳池不錯

位置不錯，步行15分鐘左右便到雙子塔 另一個方向步行7分鐘左右就到商場，商場內有超市 2分鐘到隔壁的大廈有便利店 惟到達後須自行聯絡房東，要等待約10分鐘 另外等待升降機時間長 房間基本清潔還好，但不知為何廚房的洗手盤在晚上出現一堆蟻 只提供牙膏牙刷，洗手液，廁紙，飲用水，沒有拖鞋或其他洗涮用品 有乾衣功能的洗衣機 房內的電視可連YouTube 性價比高

環境衞生都很好，就是洗衣機內部太臟，估計是清理不到位或者很少有人用。管家收去服務費可以理解，但是回覆信息太慢，

樓道里一股咖喱味，屋裡有蟑螂，床單皺皺巴巴的也不知道換了沒換，睡了一晚上渾身癢，再也不會第二次了。泳池不錯，但是也不會第二次了。

入住時需找房東拿鎖匙，非常不便，房內地面很油很骯髒，非常失望！

Bok lain dapat lain,alasan bilik yg kita tempah ada kebocoran syling dkt tandas,dia suruh kita cancel last minit,tp dia tk nk cancel,trip cancel kita tk dpt pulangan duit,lepastu dia tukar bilik dkt eaton residence yg jauh dr bilik yg kita bok,menyusahkan,membuang masa utk sy yg ada buat busines di area face platinum😏
