Love this hotel location , it is so near to shopping area. Getting around was easy. The hotel room is big and spacious and the staffs is very friendly and helpful . The only thing which I don’t understand was trip.com already charged us tourism tax yet I still need to pay at the hotel upon arrival??

location is right at bukit bintang pavilion area. the downside is the long waiting time for ur grab. plus the jam. but walking distance to many malls around. very clean room. toilet and shower separated. got spray so 👍🏼

Location is super convenient..right in the center of crowd. In between malls. Room is clean. Staff is helpful. Recommended!

廁所馬桶蓋有糞便！ 這個我真的接收不到！ 前台check-in速度有點慢！有待改進！ 房間很暗，隔音很差，一大早天還沒亮就被吵起來了。 下次不會入住 😅 還有床也是有點舊，我的枕頭睡了一晚隔天早上看到一衹死了的蟲子！ 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

Good location opposite pavilion and walking distance to all shopping mall at bukit bintang. But very noisy from the street at late night, it can hear from the room. Hotel car park very small and limited parking lot.
