Location not bad. Walking distance to pavilion. But parking is an issue. Parking full, we unable park hotel parking. Tv also not work well. Small toilet. A bit overpriced.

We love the location of the hotel. It’s very strategic place where the malls are just a minute away. Food are available surrounded. The staff are friendly as well as the room is cozy! We will definitely come back again for the next time ❤️

Needless to say the location is the best and price point very worthwhile, you don’t need to exit the area to eat and drink.

Stayed in quad room for one night. Sofa bed was amazingly comfortable. Staff and porters are friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient! Walking distance to many shopping malls

Directly outside of Bukit Bintang station (though I did not take it). Main road from Pavilion to Sungei Wang Plaza tend to jam, and so drivers will take some time to pick you up at lobby. Location is def convenient, lots of sheltered walkway or overhead bridges. Amenities at basic but good enough for short stay.

Located centrally in the shopping belt. Convinience to walk around the vicinity but problem with traffic coming and going out. Overall a pleasant hotel to stay.

The location is fantastic. Very convenient to go anywhere as the mrt station is just in front. Amenities is lacking bit, but overall is great.

Fantastic location ever! Many street foods right around the corner. Just a few steps to the Pavilion, Lot 10 and Fahrenheit Mall.

The counter staffs was friendly check in was smooth but a bit slow n once again was ask to pay tourism tax as trip.com already charged it. Already informed the staff but he said I don’t have a physical receipt to show n pass it to them😞 luckily I have a chat history with trip.com to prove it to him that trip.com said don’t need to pay. So i ask him to check with it with trip.com. My past 2 stayed also encountered the same issues n had to pay the tourism tax as they insist to have a physical receipt.Hope the staffs will get a better briefing on the tourism tax issue. I really love this hotel and the location is super good and convenient to access to many places. I will sure to go back when I visit KL again .
