Beste Hotelmatrix je! Sehr schönes, angenehmes Hotel, gut vorgestellte Zimmer und hilfsbereites Personal. Aber ich wollte diese Rückmeldung unserer Kellnerin, Agnieszka, gewidmet haben. Sie ist ein Stern! Sie ist sehr Kundenorientiert, freundlich und muss aktiv zuhören, wie sie sich jede Details erinnern. Außerdem war sie so proaktiv und sich der Lage am Tisch bewusst. Als ich nach der Operation war, gab sie uns Platz und Zeit, das Essen langsam zu essen, ohne diese unkomfortable ständige Überprüfung unseres Tischs. Sie zeigte sich entschlossen, indem sie meine Geschichte hörte und sich um sie kümmerte. Während unserer Zeit im Restaurant hat sie Vertrauen und klar gebaut, hat sie uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Sie ist ein Top-Stern! ⭐️ Agnieszka, bitte, wenn Sie jemals in der Kundenbetreuung in Malta arbeiten wollen, lassen Sie mich wissen. Ich will Sie mit offenen Armen willkommen heißen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr klimafreundlichen Lage. Allerdings nicht für einen langen Aufenthalt, mindestens zwei Nächte. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer wurden im 1990s. Leider gab es keine super sauberen, Staub und Spider. Die zusätzlichen Nebenwirkungen sind, dass die Zimmer keine Anhörung und hören, was mit ihren Nachbarn passiert. Wir haben mit Frühstück reserviert. Am Samstag wurde uns versucht, alles super frisch zu sein und es gab eine gewaltige Wahl, plus ein arbeitender Kaffeehersteller. Leider gescheiterte Sonntags Frühstück, eine große Zahl von Gästen verursachte das Fehlen von selbst Gerichten und Tassen. Der Service folgte nicht der Lieferung der Mahlzeiten und dadurch fehlten sie. Wenn etwas gebracht wurde, verschwand es sehr schnell. Es sollte nicht so aussehen. Dieses Frühstück wird etwa 30 PLN bezahlt und es ist nicht zu erwarten, dass er eine Tasse Tee und einen Tee gefangen hat.

The hotel is literally across the street from the airport terminal next to the parking garage. Super nice hotel. The staff at reception were extremely professional, good English and helpful. Sort of odd layout in lobby but found the elevator easy enough. The room was easy to find and extremely clean. I do not think I ever was in a hotel room with such crisp sheet. The bed was perfect for me and I had a great nights sleep. The tv pilot was difficult to figure out and no instruction card. Bathroom was a tub with shower which was very modern. My only complaint is that there is no free coffe/tea in the lobby but next to reception in the corner is a little shop area with all sorts of item to buy. I even saw towels so not sure if you wanted an extra towel you would have to pay for it? My toothbrush was packed in my suitcase and I asked for a “ forgot my toothbrush” as most hotels have forgot item complementary but here was directed to the little store to buy one. I felt this was shabby for a Hilton. Otherwise my stay for a night between flights was excellent.

When we arrived at the hotel both myself and my partner were disappointed Firstly we were expecting a room with a view what we actually got was a room overlooking a street with a tramline so you can imagine the noise ! When we spoke with reception she told us yes because we booked through a travel company rather than directly booking with the hotel there was no option for us to be moved unless we were going to pay a further £100 per night for the duration of our stay. On arrival also I noticed that the towels provided had lipstick marks on them( I didn’t mention this to reception ) we just used the other towel expecting a clean set the following day, this wasn’t the case we still had the dirty towel and the one we’d used hadn’t been changed either … When mentioning this to the hotel they did provide clean towels when we returned that evening but the dirty towels remained ( I don’t know if this is the case in Poland I’m not sure what the standard is but our beds weren’t made neatly just pulled over, the bin was emptied daily but no fresh toiletries, toilet roll or towels provided unless we asked for. We also didn’t find the staff friendly no interaction at all !! And trust me when I say I’m not one to complain or make a scene. Good points about the hotel- it was in a good location a little out the way (away from the hustle of the square but a 5 minuet taxi journey into the main square / or a 20 Ish minuet walk along the river to the square. The spa was nice and the massage was fantastic and very reasonable compared to Uk prices. I wouldn’t stay here again :( Expected more Not that we spent anytime in the hotel but I wouldn’t return. ALSO TIP anyone visiting Poland download bolt app ( taxi service ) we got a taxi from airport when we arrived it cost 150 Using a bolt taxi it cost us 40 ( we were 20 ish minuets away from airport ) Defo use the bolt app !!

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, in der Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, die schnell zum Zentrum kommen können. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, der Reinigungsservice ist top-notch. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und leckere Frühstück.

Wir: Paar, ca. 35 Jahre alt Positiv: Das Zimmer war sauber. Es war nicht sonderlich gross. Ruhiges Zimmer, obwohl das Fenster auf die Hauptstrasse zeigte. Personal war freundliche. Das Kommunizieren auf Englisch ging gerade noch. Aber das ist in Krakau fast überall so. Negativ: Es hatte kein Stauraum oder Safe. Auch keine Mini-Bar war vorhanden. Das Bad dürfte ein bisschen grösser sein. Es hatte jeweils nur eine Person darin Platz. Die Dusche war dreieckig, die Leistung des Föhns war zu schwach. Dass der Safe nicht vorhanden war, hat mich ein bisschen gestört und die Matratze des Bettes war zu dünn. Ein Lattenrost war nicht vorhanden. Die Matratze lag auf einem Holzbrett. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Auch für ein B&B nicht.

Wir haben für 5 Nächte im Hotel Wyspianski in Krakau geblieben. Wir können diesen Ort wirklich nicht fehlen. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes großes Zimmer im vierten Stock, das Bett war komfortabel und sie hinterließen uns kostenlose Flaschen Wasser. Das Hotel liegt in einer tollen Lage, in der Nähe der Altstadt, des Hauptmarktplatzes, eines großen Einkaufszentrums und viele andere Attraktionen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet war mit so viel Auswahl lecker. Wir essen ein paar Mal im Hotelrestaurant und das Essen war erstaunlich. Die Hotelbar war gut mit polnischer Wodka gespeichert und im Allgemeinen hatten wir eine fantastische Zeit und würden sicher noch einmal dort bleiben!

We arrived very early in Krakow & were able to leave our bags 1st thing in the morning to go & explore. Location very close to old town & a comfortable 5/10 mins walk. Our 1st night was not great due to other guests making a lot of noise. We mentioned this in the morning & were lucky enough to be moved to a different room which was perfect 😊the breakfast was lovely & varied & I was over the moon to have a Greek salad one morning! It maybe a good idea to label a couple of the dishes that are not familiar to the British, as I like to try different foods but came unstuck with one of the items which was very fishy! Maybe my own fault for trying 🙃

Sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, der Preis ist günstig, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der Preis ist super hoch. Die Stadt ist super schön und beeindruckend. Eine Übernachtung auf einer Geschäftsreise kann als das zufriedenstellendste und kostengünstigste Hotel auf dieser Europareise bezeichnet werden. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch
