Ginger ApartHostel

We had an excellent stay here at ginger hostel. The check in process was easy and our room was clean, large and had everything you would expect. Location wise, it is directly outside a very well-connected bus stop and a short walk from the castle and old town. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, would definitely recommend the indian downstairs a few houses down. There is a free breakfast in a lovely kitchen which was a welcome suprise. Whilst we didn't make much use of the kitchen facilities, they were well maintained and always clean. The hostel offers excursions at competitive prices which you can book through reception. Would recommend to solo couples, families and backpackers as this hostel is for everyone.

Lovely little hostel. Very hard to find, we arrived Sunday night around 22:00 but found it hard to find the door. Very little A4 peice of paper for the sign on a run down door. Once inside very clean and nice. Bed mattress was not very comfy but okay if you’re there for a few days. Towels are provided but we had to ask for one. We also had to ask for toilet roll as it is provided but wasn’t watched. Major flaw, I slept on the top bunk and the plug socket it above your head. There is no little shelf so I plugged my phone in and had to let it hang. It then fell out and smashed the screen protector when hitting the floor whilst waking up everyone in my dorm. So if I was to suggest anything it would be to provide little shelves under the sockets to stop that from happening or I would bring long cables. Breakfast was very nice, served 08:00-10:30. Overall I can’t complain for the price and I would stay again.

Hostel razoável, mas muito diferente das fotografias. Quarto feminino com 3 beliches muito pequeno e só com uma casa de banho. A cozinha é ok, mas na fotografia parecia maior. Cama desconfortável. O mais positivo: cacifo muuuiiitoo espaçoso!

Ubicados muy cerca del centro, dispone de parking. Habitacion amplia, y todo super limpio. El desayuno correcto, las zonas comunes muy bien decoradas y comodas. El personal un diez. De los mejores hostels que he estado. Super recomendable
