Unsere Unterkunft im Beyond Krabi war ausgezeichnet. Der Blick auf den Strand von der Villa war schön. Die Zimmer waren etwas veraltet, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat einen fantastischen Job gemacht! Der Empfang bei der Ankunft war freundlich und effizient. Die Gepäckträger waren sehr nett und fuhren uns gerne zu und von unseren Zimmern, wann immer wir sie brauchten. Die Massagen im Spa boten ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir entschieden uns für das Frühstück inklusive und die Auswahl war riesig. Der Service im Restaurant war jedoch weniger beeindruckend – das Personal schien ungeschult und nicht besonders an seinem Job interessiert zu sein. Wir waren für eine Woche hier und jeden Morgen gab es Probleme mit der Kaffeemaschine (nicht geleert, keine Milch usw.), was für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel wirklich nicht akzeptabel ist. Im Allgemeinen war der Service zu anderen Essenszeiten und in der Bar nicht viel besser. Auch der recht teure Wäscheservice war schrecklich – unsere Kleidung schien überhaupt nicht gewaschen worden zu sein. Leider war das wirklich enttäuschend und hat leider den Rest des Hotels im Stich gelassen.

Ich mag das Konzept dieses Urlaubsdorfs sehr. Das Urlaubsdorf ist von der Natur umgeben und es gibt Flüsse, die von ihm durchlaufen. Die Infrastruktur des Zimmers ist ok. Ich mag die Wäsche und das Badezimmer nicht. Das Zimmer ist nur mit Wasserdichtwand und Boden einfach fertiggestellt. Wenn es sich um den Boden und die Wand handelt, würde ich mich besser fühlen. Vergessen Sie nicht, das Restaurant bietet Mäsche Lebensmittel.

Die Fotos sind hier mal wieder sehr viel schöner und luxuriöser als das eigentliche Hotel. Reicht vollkommen zum Übernachten. Hat aber keine sehr schöne Aussicht und ist abends durch die Klimaanlagen und dünnen Fenster teilweise laut. Zum Meer läuft man zwischen 5-10 Minuten. Also alles in allem okay. Die Beschreibung und Bilder lassen aber mehr erhoffen

We had previously booked this hotel for a 2020 visit before Covid ruined those plans, so we were looking forward to our eagerly awaited holiday in Thailand. We had decided to travel during the Songkran (Thai new year) festivities, which were unbelievable. So much fun! Our 13 year old daughter (can I say daughter nowadays!!!) had the best time of her life shooting water everywhere. The Thai people, always smiling, are simply amazing. Now, ok, this is a hotel review. We had booked a pool access room by the fantasy pool (the one with the slides). Simply, unless you like people clambering over YOUR small terrace, taking photos while stood on YOUR terrace, jumping in the pool from YOUR terrace, trying to get to their room next door across YOUR terrace, don’t waste your money. It was disgusting, utterly intrusive and bloody ignorant. There are no barriers (and there should be) between the rooms/terraces to prevent this. A joke! We had two sun loungers on the terrace (which people climbed over too) but they were in the shade all the time. Rooms 127 to 131 get no sun at this time of year, so again if you’re a sun worshipper don’t waste your money. The wifi is abysmal. It says somewhere in the room, don’t wait to get home to complain about something, ask the staff! We complained about the wifi almost every day until we gave up. They advertise (incorrectly) that there’s wifi available in all areas. A total lie! The only place you were guaranteed wifi was in the reception area. Or the Green Pepper restaurant across the road!!! I had to pay for 5G everyday to do some work for my business back home!!! And then I get charged for having my room an extra hour on checkout! So much for customer service. A recent reviewer said the breakfast was amazing. No, adequate is the word you’re looking for. It didn’t matter what time you visited, it was packed out, nowhere to sit, no cutlery, no plates, no cups, no food. Everyday we had to ask staff for this, that and the other to be replenished. There was just not enough staff. Apart from 5 behind reception!! On a plus, the room itself was fairly nice with a comfy bed. It could do with more drawer space and more hangers in the wardrobe. Oh and the plug didn’t work in the bathroom sink. On a plus plus, the bar staff at the fantasy pool bar were awesome. A special massive thank you to Soe who was brilliant. One final note, please Ananta Burin Manager/owner, please don’t reply to this review patronising me. This review is a true and honest review. There needs to be changes at this hotel before we ever return. Sorry Soe.

Sehr schön, für das Geld, in einem touristischen Heißplatz. £30 pro Nacht, sauber geräumige AC Zimmer. Balkon mit Blick auf ein Dach (whaddya erwartet für £30 praktisch am Strand in Ao Nang?). Aufzüge arbeiten, Personal sind sehr lächelnd, Zimmer täglich gereinigt. Kettle, Kaffee, etc. Es gibt einen Spaziergang über den (fairly grubby) Pool direkt nach dem Strand. Der Poolfilter ist zerbrochen, so dass sie eine massive Maschine am Poolseite (denken, Pumpenfilter, das normalerweise versteckt würde) subtile mit einem Kunststoff-Schlauch bedeckt. Es ist eine Schande, dass die Bar/Frühstücksfläche nicht als Strandbar arbeitet. Idealerweise befindet sich sie. Nach einer Pandemie erholen man nimmt an, so dass man nicht schütteln kann. Wenn man darüber spricht ... Was ist mit der Glaswand, die das WC mit dem Schlafzimmer teilen. ! ? ! ? Wenn Sie eine ”in der Abfahrt Lounge” haben, ist die letzte Person, die die Folgebewegung sehen möchte, Ihr Partner. Ernsthaft.! Sie haben einen Blinden Sie können abziehen. Vermutlich ein Nachdenken. Nicht stoppen Sie den Klang, das Kind auf dem Pool zu verlassen, obwohl .... Gesamt, für das Geld, ziemlich glücklich.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und elegant, mit neueren Einrichtungen, einem einzigartigen Swimmingpool, einer gepflegten und sauberen Umgebung und einem für Kinder konzipierten Swimmingpool. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Speiseumfeld ist sehr gut. Die Kellner waren herzlich und höflich, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und es gab große Liegestühle auf dem Balkon, was sehr bequem war. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es gibt Starbucks, McDonald's, 7-11, Massagesalons und Restaurants.

Schönes Zimmer, sauberes Hotel, Begrüßungsgetränk, gute Aussicht, nicht direkt am Meer. Leicht zu Fuß zu 7-11. Es liegt eine Menge Essen vor uns. Der Nachteil ist, dass sich der Berg im 3. Stock befindet, nicht auf der Poolseite. Das Geräusch aus dem Pool ist immer noch laut, wahrscheinlich weil während des Festivals der Lärm der im Wasser spielenden Kinder laut ist. Es gab eine Beschwerde über das Zimmer und das Personal schaute sich die technische Aktion an und entschuldigte sich schnell. Aber ich weiß nicht, ob ich es reparieren kann oder nicht, weil ich es zuerst überprüft habe.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and probably would have stayed two days even more, but unfortunately they were booked out. We also had a special request in our booking and they didn’t ignore it. In the room you have everything that you need - a fridge, TV and even a hairdryer. Most important part is the bed and we liked it a lot..I read before we went that some people found the bed very hard, but for us it was perfect and we had a very good sleep. WiFi worked great (watched Netflix without problems) and room was very clean - no strange stains on the sheets or anything like that. Also the location is ideal for Krabi town, because in front of the hotel there is a market where you can get food (rice with crispy chicken and salad) starting from 35 Baht and 7/11 is just next to the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Still a good place to stay for a couple of days. Hotel are placed a little outside from Krabi Town, but there are a lot of restaurants around the Hotel. For now, a construction is going on. They are building a new reception, new Café and not to forget a new swimming pool. According to the manager they hope to be finish in November. We will be back at next year. We look forward to stay at the hotel and the new thing once again. According to manager, the hotel will have breakfast and buffet again, when renovation is finish. Note Hotel is SHA+ approved.
