Das Beste ist bisher, dass der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel liegt. Danach ist das Parken kostenlos. Gehen Sie einfach zum Schalter und bringen Sie Ihre Karte mit. Das Frühstück ist auch das Beste, man geht zum Hotel hinunter, dann zum Einkaufszentrum und wieder mitten in der Stadt. Es ist nur ein Spoiler, wenn Sie die Lawa hier bei Amik sehen möchten, die wirklich erstklassig ist, da die anderen Stände alle mit Mall-Holz verkleidet sind.

So far, for my one night stay, every aspect was excellent. The location of the hotel was strategic as I could go downstairs and roamed the mall, its also walking distance to Gaya Street. I was assigned to room 732. The furniture inside the room was functioning aside from the loud noise coming from the mini fridge, as I am a light sleeper, that bothers me a bit. The service is top notch, all the staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs. The breakfast was 5/5, they offer loads of variety 👍🏻. The only downside is that you need to wait awhile for the aircond to fully cool the room, around 15-20 minutes, I think they use central aircond from the lobby, but I'm not sure.

Disappointed with the WIFI connection only. Cannot watch youtube or Netflix because no internet connection. 🙂 called the reception 2x and the maintenance came but still cannot fix the issue.

this is my more than ten time stay. the most convenient part of staying in this hotel is the free parking space. it's like you can spend the whole day in the mall without having to pay anything. the staff is very efficient and helpful. there's also a restaurant for having buffet breakfast at an affordable price - The Glass.

Will definitely choose this hotel again! Spacious room, free drinks, fruits and tidbits everyday, more than 10 choices of food during breakfast, all amenities are complete, 500m by car to the jetty if you drive a car or 10min by walking, attached with a shopping mall is a bonus, friendly staff, and nearby to all the attractions. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location. The hotel is attach to Suria Mall Sabah. Value for money. All their staffs are very helpful. Those that like to visit Kota Kinabalu Sabah should try up this Hotel.

Clean room, good service, hotel attached to the mall, convenient place to stay

this hotel is located inside the mall buiding so it’s convenient for me. the room was okay & clean. iron with iron board provided in the room. the view from the window is actually so nice too but the view is blocked a bit sebab ada palang palang di luar tu. their breakfast also good. overall it was nice. will come here again.

It's our first time staying here.Booked 2 rooms and we're having a great experience with the friendly staff. Cleanliness is excellent (5/5), but some amenities need improvement. The iron's wire is damaged, and some plugs aren't working with the boiler.Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again next time.
