We arrived later into the night… well 2am, and were greeted by someone happy to help us. Good rate and felt so good to be able to finally relax and go. Also let us have a later checkout. Which was also appreciated. Went shopping and enjoyed having all the options in the world for us to choose to eat or shop at.

Property said it had a bar and it didn’t we wanted to do our think then come back and chill at the bar so we wouldn’t have to drive so they should take that off the web page

a dump. staff was not friendly. only 2 towels for a family of 4. had to ask multiple times to get 2 more towels and they acted like I was trying to steal them. smelled like cigarette smoke. rooms are tiny. phone in the room didn't even work. whole building should be demolished and build something new.

This was almost as bad as Motel 6. The sign said Econo lodge. They don’t clean your room everyday you have to go downstairs and ask for clean towels. There was a hole in the floor, no phones in the room, and I don’t think the walls are insulated since we could hear the room next door. When someone’s door shuts it wakes up the whole floor. This is the last time i trust *******.

The hotel was under remodeling and changing brands. The hotel should not have been open until the remodlewas comlleted. We had to change rooms because there was no lights and toilet paper in the 1st room & the 2nd room, there was no hairdryer and the fire alarms went off 3 times without any explanation 😑

Hotel was nice on the inside and has clearly be renovated recently. Staff were very nice. Bathrooms are tiny so be aware of this. Reasonable price.

This hotel was awful. There was no one at the front desk, ever. The hot tub was leukwarm at best and staff were not friendly, in fact they were rude. When I went to check out, no one was there but a plain clothed person was in a back office on her personal phone. She made eye contact with me multiple times, but never offered assitance. I ended up leaving my room key on the counter and walked out. This was the worst hotel experience i have ever had.
