Auf unserem Trip durch Süden Thailands sind wir auf Ko Phayam zu Ruhe gekommen. Unser Bungalow war der letzte in der Reihe. Zum Glück ohne AC, Das Bad war der Hammer, quasi im Freien nur ein lockeres Dach damit der Wald draußen bleibt😋 Immer wieder sehr gern!!!

I booked a stay at Heaven Beach Resort through Agoda, but due to the resort’s incompetence and overbooking, my reservation was abruptly cancelled. This caused unexpected stress and frustration. When I tried to communicate with the staff over email, their responses were unhelpful and abrupt, simply stating that no room would be available upon arrival. They made no effort to assist or resolve the situation—Agoda was the only party that stepped in to help. A resort should take responsibility for its booking system and customer service, but this one failed miserably. Their poor management and lack of customer care completely ruined my experience before it even began. What made this situation worse was the lack of proper communication from the management. A professional and courteous approach could have resolved the issue smoothly, but instead, I was left to rely on Agoda to sort everything out. A resort should prioritize customer service, and unfortunately, this one did not. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

We arrived at Heaven Beach resort after a long journey from Chaing mai to be met by smiling, Happy faces. The resort itself is situated on Buffalo beach, which is the quietest of the two beaches and somewhat more sheltered than long Beach. It is perfect for families and couples. We arrived in what would be considered high season, but you would not think so and you can find your quiet spot with hardly anyone on it. The beach itself is pure beautiful white sand that still retains some beach even at high tide at this location. (Not every resort does) 5 steps from our bungalow to the beach. Amazing!!! The bungalow we stayed in had a double bed with a new mattress and a single bed also. Some of the bungalows have two rooms, one with a double bed and one with a king-size bed and a single bed, also. Fridge, plenty of hanging room and storage. The bathroom is a good size with two sinks, great. The staff have been truly amazing, the food at this resort is excellent and, in my opinion, the best on this beach but still other resorts offering other menus. This resort has everything you need for a great stay. Good road into resort, great staff that speak excellent English and knowledgeable on everything that will make your stay on the island enjoyable and memorable. I had my 60th birthday at this resort, where my partner, with the help of Wan, the owner, and the staff, created a magical surprise that included a wonderful day out on the resort boat and a candle light dinner on the beach. Was blown away so much so that we have now confirmed our wedding to be held here one year form now.
