Leider schrecklich!!!!!!!!! Wir haben über Agoda gebucht und bezahlt, dann wurde unsere Buchung plötzlich storniert. Bis jetzt wurde keine Rückerstattung vorgenommen. Wir beschlossen, dorthin zu gehen und nachzuschauen, was das Problem war. Als wir ankamen, kam die Frau, vermutlich die Managerin, auf uns zu. Und ihre ersten und letzten Worte waren Agoda..... Sie drehte sich um und ging weg. Wir haben jetzt keine Unterkunft mehr.
