It was a good stay

Ginger has become my regular hotel when I go to Kochi. The location is great at Kalamassery. The front desk staff and the staff at the restaurant are very helpful and customer friendly. The housekeeping could improve . Unless we specify the rooms are not cleaned daily. Sometimes even after a request the rooms are not done . I’m sure that’s something that can be rectified.

The Breakfast experience is very poor. The restaurant staff service is quite poor Though I had booked breakfast for my family for a period of 5 days with my stay. I chose to order Swiggy for 3 days. The Dosas are thrown together like Dung , cannot get one dosa out, it’s like this daily. They are used to guests for whom their companies book their stay, who don’t complain But when a person like me books on his own money and. pays as good as 3 star hotel , it’s disappointing. I have stayed at the same Ginger several times now and can say that restaurant is getting poorer and poorer. Food quality, taste and service are all poor. Restaurant manager has to understand that people are paying for the food and no charity is being done House keeping is very good though Checking in and checking out are pleasant. But the door card. Expiring every noon when a customer has booked for five days is cumbersome. Kindly teach reception staff to see the number of days in the booking before giving the guest a card. Some guests like me may stay for more than a day. Staff at the parking level are excellent

We had a lunch for Tata business team which included a batch of 13 people. Hospitality was too good. Especially Mr Nikin really managed well good job done. Food was too good 👍 Overall had a great experience. Our ED Mr Girish Wagh was very happy with the food and ambience. Entire team who was part of the event appreciated alot about the food served.

The hotel location is great!, rooms are clean and quiet. The hotel has a mixture of modern and artistic feel. Reception staff are warm cheers to the team Akhil, Tressa, Asha, Devashish and Ramya ! The main Chef Sunish always made us leave the restaurant smilling ooh not forgetting the supporting staff and the waiters! Lia - Kenya

I recently stayed at Hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and pillows. The bathroom was modern, stocked with toiletries, and had a great shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out seamless. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transport.

A short stop @ Kochi! Ginger Kochi from IHCL indeed stand out in the lean luxe concept, blending affordability with premium features. Their focus on smart design, full-service offerings, and exceptional hospitality creates a balanced experience. The spacious suites and welcoming ambiance add to the charm, making it a great choice. No worth to give this much more ey for this room ,nothing to say ,totally we got irritated for this stay ,please don't choose this stay ,they charged 5036rs , we recommend that pls don't go this hotel,totally waste ,parking security is coming to give the bags ,no enough staffs ,we saw only 4staffs

This is the second time I have booked my trip here. The reason is due to the great hospitality ***** with the spacious and beautiful rooms. The amenities as well as the staffs who are readily available for help is the reason why I'll stay in Ginger Kochi for a third time OR whenever I am in Kochi.
