Ambience was nice.... Restaurant was good.. Swimming pool was good n it was safe for kids also.. overall nice hotel to stay with good ambience.... Staffs wer also very humble.. reception staffs suhana , ajmel n aditya were very cooperative

Loose door knobs Broken walls Room smells like cigarette Not cleaned well and maintained Need to focus on attracting customers by having neat and clean rooms for families and friends. My room was dirty and it was pathetic the room smelled like as if someone smoked

Having a really nice stay at the moment. Super friendly staff who greets every morning and evening when heading for work. Would definitely recommend for travellers looking for safe haven away from home. P.s. food is also pretty good. North Indian 10/10.

Had a great stay at ginger hotel staff were very helpful when I had things go wrong. Especially Amul and Suhana. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet on one of my mornings here and it was well priced and with good variety. I stayed for four nights and when I checked out they even assisted me with a taxi to my next location
